I can’t believe I’m writing a review on a vacuum but this was well worth the cost. I cleaned have my rug to compare the results and I was disgusted…my rug went from beige to stark white.

Works great, cleans very deeply, easy to clean and use

When considering the options available, the Bissell Pet ProHeat X2 is giving big bang for the buck! Ease of use and universal formulation for Bissell cleaning products, I am totally pleased with this purchase. I was tempted to purchase the RugDoctor Green Machine, for an additional near $200, this was definitely a good investment and I have no regrets.

Does an outstanding job of cleaning dirty carpets and cleaning up puppy accidents. You do have to be patient though when collecting the liquid from the carpet. I used about a 50% overlap when applying the liquid and the same when pulling the machine. By doing this very slowly the carpets were dry in less than an hour.

The best carpet cleaner money can buy! I only have to run a couple passes through the rugs and it gets super clean! Bissell brands are the best! I won’t use any other brand.

Came with a two trial cleaners I purchased a soap that was friendlier. Besides that great cleanser easy to use and clean honestly. Only thing is did was kind of ball up the hair and I had to make a couple passes over it to pick it up but it did a really good job. Water was dirty!

Love this vacuum! It works so well. Our elderly dog now pees on our dining room carpet regularly and I use this vacuum at least once a week. It gets the smell out and looks good as new.

Product has been great. I have two young daughters and a dog and thank goodness for this product. Its easy to fill, empty and has cleaned our carpet easily to leave no trace of the spill. Thanks Bissell

This carpet cleaner has saved me so many times! Late at night when renting a cleaner just isn't an option, I can take out my Bissell and use express mode and the spot will be dry within an hour. With 2 dogs this machine handles the hair well, my only complaint is my clean shot function does not work (I probably wouldn't use it anyway.) Plus it is a good size for storage!

This carpet cleaner is awesome! I’ve used it on all of my floors and the hose tools on my furniture. The carpet really comes out clean. Beware this thing is loud! I read reviews that warned of the noise level but I still wasn’t prepared for the sound.

work fine on my carpet, it was able to get plenty of dirt of. did youse at my parents carpet as well which is thinner than mine? and it deems seem like it would take some of the actual carpet off but it might have been because it was an older more used carpet? but like i said it worked well enough on mine. little pricy though

I love this shampooer, the spot cleaner function is a lifesaver. I would recommend for anyone with pets, as it works very well. The amount of parts that come off for cleaning is also amazing compared to other shampooers!

If you own pets that might have an accident or you spill something like wine on your carpet, this Bissell will take care it, like it never happened. Best purchase ever made for home maintenance.

Spent just under $400 for this cleaner & still hired someone to do my carpets for around the same price. I wasn’t able to get out old set in urine stains or red punch but it does work well in soiled dirty areas & high traffic. A few times when I set machine upright on flooring it leaked water from tank onto floor when machine was off.

I loaned my original to a “friend” and it came back broken. I happily bought another - I wouldn’t buy any other machine. If you want a carpet cleaner that works - save yourself some headaches and just get this one.

It's the best investment I have ever made. My carpet, I was going to give up on, looks like new. It is easy to use and easy to clean. What a difference it has made.

I held out for this machine and am so glad that I did! It cleaned my carpet like a boss and some microfiber dining chairs for our daughter. This machine gives me peace of mind at a time when I really do not want a rental machine in my home.

This Bissell upright has saved the day many times over the last few years. When you have pets and kids there's always going to be accidents and I have not had to worry about it since buying this. It also does a great job cleaning the furniture and car seats.

Bought this Bissell and couldn't be happier with the overall performance. The water holding tanks is a little small but for me it's not a deal breaker. I saw comments about it being very loud, it's no louder than an average vacuum cleaner in my opinion.
