Purchased this to give my dingy basement carpet a good shampoo! This thing works like a pro. I use reall hot water to fill the reservoir. I also added a scoop of the purple oxy clean and 4oz of the bissel solution. My cream carpet looked new.

Clean well & brushes do a great job picking up pet hair from carpet.

This thing is great. I don't have to use mop anymore and it gives a deeper clean been my dogs and kids.

Awesome scrubber bet buy for your dollar. Highly recommend this to anyone. My wife absolutely loves it!

You can't go wrong with this product. Works great, easy to clean up, prep for cleaning is a snap. Not to mention the hand tool it is great to get those hard to reach areas or small cleanings done fast and quick too.

Amazing! I had a previous Bissell pro heat machine that was usable but didn’t do a fantastic job. After reading reviews, I decided to give this a try. This machine has gotten out stains that have been on the carpet for years.

Does a GREAT job cleaning. Well designed. Used it after a professional cleaning and the waste water looked like mud. Needed this to take pet smell out of a used RV. The samples that came with it did the trick.

My Hoover gave me 10 years of service before failing. I purchased the Bissell ProHeat 2X based on the features being similar to the Hoover. The performance was much better than the Hoover so I am satisfied that I made a wise decision purchasing the Bissell.

I have been a home owner since 1984. This is by far the best home shampoo cleaner to date, that I have owned. It's easy to use, there is only one screw when you put it together, and it is easy to clean..

I think overall its a great carpet cleaner. Its light weight and easy to use. The only fault I can find is the amount of water it holds. I have to dump and refill often if I'm cleaning an entire room.However its a minor fault, it does its job and its a great cleaner!!

Very happy with this machine. It cleans very well and also pulls the water up out of the carpet well so the carpet isn't wet a long time, and presumably not leaving lots of water for the wood floor underneath.

I was taking my time finding a carpet and upholstery cleaner. I have cats and they sometimes have accidents. Puke on chairs and things of that nature. This machine makes it easy to clean. Works quite well. Only downside is the reservoir is small. But other than that, definitely works well.

Great if you have pets. This is what I use to clean all my dogs hairs from my hard floor. It is also good for carpets but I use a water vacuum for my carpets.

This was my 1st carpet cleaner and couldn't have made a better choice! The design and function is perfect for pet hair. They really thought of everything when creating this machine.

My carpets were filthy until I bought this vacuum cleaner. I am so happy that I did. My carpus are so clean they look brand new.This machine is awesome. It is better then the ones you rent. This carpet machine is worth the money.

Overall i like the product, does the cleaning like it advertises. The only thing i do not like a about this product is that sometimes dirt stucks in the inlet where it absorbs the water and have to clean it few times while doing the big room.

Great carpet and furniture cleaner. Purchased after our old one that was 7 years old died. It does a really good job. Just take your time and let the machine do the work. The furniture attachment is awesome!

We have a few pets and kids in our household. Spills/Messes were becoming common, so we opted to purchase a cleaner. After researching different brands/models, we went with Bissell, and it has worked great. Though it took a bit of time to get it started, and the variety of cleaners became a bit confusing, the cleaning of our carpets has been great. The machine evenly distributes the cleaner and sucks up the moisture very efficiently and effectively. Stains are non-existent after use. Urine messes need a couple of passes to get the smell out, but that’s expected from cat urine. The important thing is to make sure you thoroughly vacuum before you use this cleaner.

It does good job cleaning my carpet and its light weight but you have to keep refill the water tank for 10 passes maximum this the only thing i don’t like about that vaccum cleaner
