Total game changer! It pulls up SO much pet hair and my carpets have never looked better. It pulls up stains I didn't even know were there. Additionally it is easy to clean and use.

Its easy to handle and at the same time it makes the carpet look new again. The solution works well with it. The dryer time is on the button. It’s really goid for very long term soul stains and messes.

After renting a rug doctor a couple of times & finding it too cumbersome, counterintuitive to use, & wasteful of water & solution, I bought this Bissel based on reviews & was not disappointed. It is heavy enough to get into the pile but not too heavy to maneuver easily. The spot squirt often is enough to get out stains without needing to pull the trigger to do a full soak and clean which saves water and cleaning solution so you save money and trips to empty and refill. It is also easy to clean with two parts that click out and lift out easily. This has paid for itself in just three cleanings. Would definitely recommend.

I like this product and I will list the cons and pros. Cons: 1) It is a lite machine so you keep running back and fourth to remove soiled carpets 2) wish the hand tool had a vibrating brush 3) pet took only vacs dry stuff in the little cup. Wish it did both wet and dry. 4)when using the hand tool the brushes keep spinning on the main unit... Weird. 5)leaks if you leave the cleaner fluid in the tank... You should just dissconnect it if you plan on leaving the cleaner tank with solution in it. Pros: 1) it is lite, so moving it around and upstairs is easy. 2) cleans like a champ... Did my whole house and cars! 3) easy fill and empty instructions 4) tool to clean the brushes 5) 5 year warranty!!! I'm keeping this sucker for the long haul. 6) a simple pet tool for small spots on floor or sofa It's a cool product. I used it and I'm not worried about it breaking since i got a long long period!

Love this machine, does a great job of lifting up stains and cleaning the carpet in general. Very easy to clean and maintain also

Great buy. Easy to use and my carpet smells and looks brand new. Have a big dog and kids so it comes in handy.

I have a big dog, 2 cats and a rabbit. Rabbit peed on the floor in a temper tantrum, dog had a blow out, cats threw up from eating too fast. I’ve also spilled Dr. Pepper all over my floor a hundred times by accident. Let me tell you, this machine got everything out in one swipe. It makes me want to clean everything now! It is expensive but it’s worth every penny. None of my cheaper carpet cleaners ever worked this well.

I am impressed with this product. I've had various carpet shampooers. The issue has always been the hair gets stuck and I cant get it out causing a clog in the cleaner. Bissel has designed this one with that thought in mind. It comes apart so easily for easy unclogging. The amount of dirt and grim coming up was astonishing. The cleaner left the floors so soft and clean. I do like the pet cleaner that came with the PROHEAT. I will order more

I was surprised upon purchasing this item how easy it was to use right out of the box. Simple to assemble the few parts and start using immediately. I was pleasantly surprised how well it cleaned and how easy it was to clean the machine after use. Definitely would recommend

We have zero issues with this product. We were skeptical because of other reviews saying it broke on the 3rd time using it and the heat part doesnt work but no problems and we cleaned our carpets majorly 2 times to get rid of all the cat hair in our apartment. We still use it for minor or major spills but its amazing to have. Also if it stops sucks check the filter and remove any hair. We had this happen a couple times but we cleaned it and it started working again.

After a lot of research I decided on this model due to reviews & specs. To start with the good: lightweight, very easy to take apart & clean, great attachments, ability to spray extra cleaner directly on problem areas. Potential improvements: larger capacity on clean/dirty water containers. You have to change them frequently when cleaning larger areas. The suction is not great on lower pile rugs. You almost have to lift the machine so the front is forced closer to the carpet to extract water. Not impressed with the cleaning solutions supplied, they are specifically for pet stains but didn’t work great. Overall a good carpet cleaner which I hope holds up over time.

This thing is great. We recently bought a second dog and it hasn't acquired the needed potty training needed. This works just like it is supposed to do. It is easy to use and does a good job of deep cleaning the rugs. I would recommend this to a friend.

I am very pleased with this carpet cleaner. I previously had a similar Bissell carpet cleaner and really liked it, but I like this one even better. I like the clean and dirty water tanks separate, my last one they were in one container. This one did a good job of cleaning an EXTREMELY dirty old carpet. I also like that it is light weight and easy to handle. It is also quite easy to clean after use. I would definitely suggest this product.

We have two dogs, so a deep cleaner is a must. We love this one, as it is very easy to operate, light enough to easily transport around the house, and just looks great! The most important thing, though, is that it does a fantastic job. One of the best features, though, is that it can be broken down (at least 99%). This is great if you've ever owned a cleaner before, and clumps of stuff/hair balls/etc get stuck in parts of the machine that you can never get out. So, Bissell must have heard about it and fixed that problem.

So easy to use and sooo much lighter than the older models even with the tank filled. I love this carpet shampooer. It went together in less than 5 minutes. My entire upstairs needed to be done very badly and the task was made easy with this device. The stairs and stair landing was a cinch because this model is lightweight compared to older models. It does the job and then some. Very easy to use. So happy I bought this.

it is very easy to fill, use, empty and clean. a lot better than my last Bissell pro heat

This cleaner is very good on carpet and upholstery. Has plenty of brushes to work floors effectively with right level of suction. It has the first solid consumer upholstery cleaner I have encountered and its great. Also its is super easy to clean almost everywhere on this machine. Only changes I would prefer is make the hose from the chamber to the bristles easy to detach and clean and make it easier to drain and clean the dirty water. These are nit picky things that are eclipsed by how effective the cleaner is.

Great carpet cleaner for general household needs. This cleaner performs better than older models I have owned in terms of ease of use, clean up, and cleaning performance. This cleaner, like others I have used, does not do as well as desired at lifting set in stains.

If you have pets this is the carpet cleaning machine buy. It does a superior job cleaning carpets especially heavily soiled areas.
