If you have a dog and carpet - eventually you'll need one of these. This is my second purchase of this model, with the old one going to my parents. It works exceptionally well - and I am very happy with the job it does.

I never knew I needed a carpet cleaner until I purchased this unit. Add whichever carpet shampoo you require and this cleaner will do the rest. This cleaner is versatile and I've used it to clean my cars where it picked up all sorts of dirt and grime that even made me grossed out. It does its job in cleaning any spills onto the home carpet, especially red wine. If you're doing general carpet cleaning, I would recommend that the carpet is vacuumed first to minimize debris going into this carpet cleaner. Depending on carpet severity, you'll have to clean out the brush and cleaner ports to maintain optimal performance. Allow about 12-24 hours to completely dry depending on carpet thickness. Utilizing floor fans or just any fans will expedite the drying process.

Cleaned my carpets well. I have 3 dogs and 3 young grand children, so have various "messes" to clean. This shampooer tackled them all and had my light beige carpet looking like new. My only wish would be that the dirty water tank would hold more, other than that an outstanding product.

Wow. I’m a slob. This draws a lot of Amps which is reflected in the cleaning power. The enzymatic solutions seem to have a footprint of a week or two. I no longer send my Persian rugs to the cleaners so with one use it paid for itself.

Upgraded from a old proheat pet version and this one is so much better. A lot easier to clean and use overall. I love the new style of freshwater and dirty water setup. Just a lot easier to use overall.

Absolutely love this cleaner! I was shocked how well it cleaned my carpets. Deep cleaning without paying professional prices. I was even asked if I got new carpeting, that’s how amazing they look.

This is the second Bissell product I have owned in the past 5 years. Good quality unit. Easy to fill and empty. Very easy to clean. I did have some difficulty changing the belts the first time I tried it, Be sure to review the Bissell videos on You Tube before you attempt and you should be fine.

Easy to carry and have option of multiple functions to clean the carpet, for example, if you have a small room to be cleaned and not too much traffic. I use the express clean, within 30 minutes it's almost dry. I like it.

Needed to clean up mess from sick dog plus past 'issues.' I tried Resolve and other ideas. My new carpet cleaner did the trick! There was a bit of a learning curve with amount of spray versus dry swipes, but I think I've got it for next time. Great investment!

We got this after my dog had some accidents all over the house on carpets and rugs. It literally cleans the area like nothing even happened. You wouldn’t realize how disgusting your floors are until you use this too lol.

The shampooer I bought is a great one for small rooms. It allows me to do parts at a time without having to do the whole house.

This carpet cleaner has been a lifesaver. We have used it a couple dozen times already for anything from small pet stains to large rooms. It also dries very quickly within thirty minutes. Easily the best investment I've ever made!

Exactly what we needed. Easy to use and definitely cleans our carpet and upholstery well. We have a lot of dog hair, but this takes care of it. Worth buying a model with upholstery attachment.

This is a great cleaner! I have a dog that sometimes gets sick. No spray ever worked so I finally decided to go all out. I’m glad I did! It works great!

Quite please with it. Easy to clean with but slightly heavy. The filling and the waste compartments are very easy to detach and put it back as well.

We wanted something to clean the various area rugs around the house and spot clean after our dog where necessary. After quite a bit of research, this model seemed to have the features we wanted without breaking the bank. It was easy enough to assemble and following the directions to mix the solution I was cleaning rugs in short order. From what I can tell, it works quite well. We didn't have any major stain spots, so I can't say how well it gets rid of stains, but overall it seemed to do a nice job of cleaning. Certainly the stuff it was picking up from the rugs and depositing in the waste tank was quite dirty, so my guess is it did its job. It's pretty heavy, though, so to lift and carry around you need a little strength. Otherwise the quality and build seem to be solid.

we needed a carpet cleaner to clean up the accidents our dog had after surgery. this was fast, efficient, quiet and dried faster than any other carpet cleaner we have used or owned. highly recommend this to anyone who owns pets.

With my old one had I had to refill the tank three or for time to do my family room but only once with this one. Also it seems to have gotten more dirt out. Love the hose for cleaning the stairs and furniture. Very easy to clean.

This carpet shampooer did a great job and was easy to use. I suggest buying a big bottle of carpet cleaner for normal to big size projects. They give you a small bottle in the box but it doesn’t last long.

The BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner was not effective for me in all instances. Stains reappeared after the carpet dried. Additionally, the spot applicator stream would be more effective with a spray nozzle instead ignited a stream. Lines appeared after pickup where the cleaning agent was placed.
