I was able to put the handle on (fairly user friendly). Upright cleaning was easy. When I went to use the house tool, at first no water came through. It HAS to click (the red lever). It worried like a charm after that!

i have owned almost all the models of bissell shampooer, and this is by far the best model.

I love the way it picks up the pet hair I don't see and my vacuum doesn't get, excellent. The only thing I think others would find frustrating is you do have to empty the tank Alot otherwise its great. Also I would recommend using bottled water lol just like you would a steamer so you dont build up residue.. Just my opinion

Works well and simple to use. Hair does get stuck in the front of the vacuum but they provided a nice little flexible tool to remove it.

My cat has recently been sick and would urinate on my carpets. Bissell Carpet cleaner was great for getting the carpets clean every time. Thank God the cats doing better, but it’s good to know if there is a next time, Bissell has it covered!

This vacuum has done a tremendous job for me and my carpets. It's easy to use, not that difficult to clean, and really cleans carpets and upholstery. There are several varieties of cleaning solution that work with this vacuum. Choose wisely.

Our family got a new addition with a puppy. She is a wonderful addition to the family however she should have came with this Revolution Pet Pro cleaner as she had a knack for relieving herself on our carpet. This was a perfect solution to bad pottys and I would recommend all pet owners get one.

This is literally better than the rug doctor and any other carpet cleaner you could possibly rent. You will be satisfied. I honestly don’t think it’s a stain that won’t be lifted by this carpet clean. It’s also nice and sturdy.

Not enough cleaning power for my dogs hair But works well other wise and easy to use

What a great tool. If you have pets, you need something like this. This is not our first Bissell so we know the quality. Man it has helped us a lot. Not too heavy and easy to maneuver. It is a safe buy.

Having small dogs and carpets you know it will be a matter of time until the stairs become more and more noticeable. This vacuum system is heavy-duty but does the job very well. Will pay itself on the 3rd run.

We have had Hoover’s and they work ok but this machine picks up so much more. It has a wide path and really cleans We have 3 large dogs and while they are house trained they bring in tons of dirt all tear and of course they shed. This machine does it all.

Fantastic work of cleaning up pet messes, made the carpet look brand new. Everythinv seems to be made of good quality materials and is well thought out. Setup of the unit was a breeze.

works great cleans the carpets like new , does not leave alot of the water in the carpet which makes for a faster drying time which is great

Doesn’t leave your carpet soaking wet and dries in a couple hrs. I love that you can see when the water is being suctioned because you know when the carpet is dry enough to move on. Worth the price doesn’t compare to others we’ve had.

We have 3 indoor cats, was surprised at all the hair that came out after only one use!

We had a Bissell Rug cleaner before and loved it but it needed to be replaced. Looking at reviews and customers satisfaction on other brands we decided to stay with Bissell. Cleaned the carpet the next day and were very happy with it. Would recommend this rug cleaner.

I really enjoy this purchase it is very easy to understand and operate was an excellent price and comes with fantastic pet cleaning attachments. And as always Best Buy offers an awesome financing option for this item 6 months 0% which is very helpful around the Christmas season to get things you need.

Works very well completely surprised at how much it pulled out of the carpet. We got tired of paying for the expensive carpet cleaners to come do the cleaning for us.

Only used the machine once but it worked great. Easy to clean and refill and low profile. Not quite professional grade on stain removal but adequate.
