We had some real tough stains. This lightened those but took out some of the less tougher ones and cleaned my son's mattress, who is potty training, really good. Best upright we have used so far.

I have two German shepherd puppies and this has been great to clean up after their accidents. It does a great job cleaning carpet and you can really see the results when emptying out the dirty water canister. The unit is very easy to open and clean as well.

This is the best carpet cleaner that I’ve ever tried. My carpet was really dirty with stains of my dog’s pee and wine and this powerful machine cleaned the carpet. It looks like new now. Excellent product!

When it arrived it was mostly together just had to put the handle on . It cleans awesome . I did 5 rooms with it and it out perform my expectations. I would recommend buying this .

Does a good job cleaning the carpets. As others have noticed the tank capacity is not large but this a a minor complaint. For the cost it is great!

I’ve used the shampooer twice so far. It really did a great job. I was really concerned that I wasted my money. The spots came up out my carpet.

Decided to take the plunge and spring for this cleaner. It’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have mostly tile, so this is primarily used on large area rugs. First try, took out stains I didn’t realize were there. Would buy again, only wish is that the brushes were easier to remove and clean.

We really got a lot of old dirt out that our earlier efforts and even professional cleanings missed. The only problem has been that on our second use t he belt broke and Bissell has not sent the correct replacement yet.

This is nice. I would recommend getting the protection on it. Biggest knock is the water container isnt very big and you are always filling for large jobs. Cleans great

I like the dual tanks on this. It cleans really well and you don't have to fill it up or empty it often because of the size of the tanks. I like the attachments. Very easy to use. A must have if u have pets.

I had to upgrade from my old carpet learner after 3 years!! So, I decided to try Proheat 2 and I love it so much!!! I would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone who is considering buying one. I promise you will no go wrong with this one.

This carpet cleaner is amazing, I absolutely highly recommend. The powerful suction Bissell is known for, the convenient size of a vacuum cleaner and heat too! Great Vacuum Cleaner and sounds like to me (All in One) excellent.

This works a lot better than the rug doctor that you rent. I cleaned my carpet with a rug doctor and 60 days later I purchased this and it is much better the water was gross. I never got that dirty of water from the rug doctor.

I used this before a move out inspection and the inspector said the carpet was in the best shape he’s seen since he started inspecting. He didn’t believe I did it myself. Super easy to operate and the attachment works well on furniture.

I was skeptical about buying a carpet cleaner because I didn't think they did good jobs based off previous rentals from home depot. This one gets the job done. It cleaned 97% of the stains in my carpet and also left the room smelling fresh.

It is a good investment because it gets the job done! The only bad thing is that it was a little heavy for me.

Living with dogs you will likely have messes. You gotta have one of these if you have kids and/ or pets. Works great and nice to have for those messes in the middle of the night and don't want messes sitting until you can go rent one.

Like everything except one thing. You can not take the top face plate off to get clogged up debri out of the opening. A major design flaws. Does not suck up much of the water you put down.
