We have red dirt and therefor red mud on rainy days and my Doberman tracks it all over the carpet and this machine has cleaned all of that mess and more.

Great, light weight, efficient machine. Wish i had bought it years ago instead of renting the ones from the store which ate very heavy and awkward to move around.

I purchased the vacuum cleaner and it did great so I got the carpet cleaner. My carpet came out beautiful. Just have patience with the drawing up of water/soil when you are doing the heavy areas. In quite happy with the Bissell pet pro products

Had high expectations for this machine and it easily lived up to & exceeded them all. 90lb lab, cat & 10 yr old playful child put this thing to the test & it passed with flying colors!

This product picks up dirt deep into carpet, we bought it specifically because we have pets and it works like a charm and the bissell detergent smells wonderful and last for a week or so

Purchased because I've always Bissell products, I have to say this is by far the best carpet cleaner I've owned and would definitely recommend to friends and family does a great job on my carpets

It cleans the carpets well. Easy to assemble. The solution and discharge tasks are a little small. They need to be refilled/emptied often. Other than that I’m happy with it.

If you planning to use this as a Vacuum itself won’t work. This is strictly for carpet cleaning. I used it once to clean furniture and wasn’t satisfied with the results. Doesn’t mater the settings you use or the product, the only thing you’re going to get is a wet sofa. After that this machine stopped working. The motor will turn on but the suction not. So frustrated that I ended up destroying the thing and now I can’t returned.

This machine works better than the original one. The double brushes are very effective! I would recommend it to anyone!

Works Great! Having two separate tanks one for clean water and the other for dirty makes this machine so worth it. Works fantastic on pet to kid stains.

This itemworks great. I have a dog which gos in and out .drags dirt in from outside. This item cleans it with no problem keeps the carpet looking like new.

In terms of picking up dirt/mud tracked in by my (quiet large!) dog, this has been by far the best vacuum for me, gets the carpet looking brand new every time

Used on area rugs that get moderate to high traffic with both kids and pets. Cleans really well and has been easy to take apart for maintenance/cleaning after use.

This carpet cleaner came with everything you needed to get started but I also bought the recommended cleaning solution. I had no pet stains but spill stains from toddlers and three areas of heavy traffic. I had one black marker stain that I could not get up by hand. This machine did excellent on the spot stains and completely removed the black marker stain after going over it a few times. The high traffic areas were bad and I did not expect to get them very clean (professionals could not get these areas clean). This machine did 80% on these areas. I am very pleased with Bissell's product! One other note. We have a water softner therefore I only used about a third of the recommended cleaning solution.

Excellent vacuum for dirty carpets, been having it for 2 years and still works like new as long as you give it’s proper maintenance

This is such a great machine! I used to rent one once a year but you only have a day and then it needs to go back. This works great!nice to have one at home whenever you want to use it

No point getting professionals To clean the carpets anymore with this vacuum. It’s amazing does deep cleaning. Works great. If you like your carpets clean and want them to last long you should invest in this.
