Should have bought one of these long time ago. This works great!!. Its rated higher then the rentals. Amazing what this pulls out of the carpet!

Make sure to read the directions for this. Also what it lifted up had me grossed out. Definitely a must have if you have any children or pets. Or if you’re a clean freak like myself

Works fantastic in the one week I've had it. From the reviews I've seen on Youtube, this is the brand and model to get! My only concern is with the long-term durability of the unit. It's basically a heap of cheap feeling plastic that creaks and you could probably snap one of its clips at any time. I should note that the vacuum motor seems very high quality. It's loud, but that's from the sound of the huge amounts of air it moves and not from the motor itself. Also, the normal operation of the unit doesn't seem to stress any parts to a point of concern, but the overall build quality is sub-par. Overall, great vacuum for home use

It's a double edged sword the fact that the machine is super light weight is one of its best features. however keeping the weight down means you have a smaller water reservoir, making it to where you have to replace your water more often. Over all I do love this product.

This is replacing an old machine. We love how it has scrubbing brushes and it’s amazing how much dirt and pulls out versus one without brushes. Love the heat for the water as well.

Great results and easy to use! This cleaner brought up more dirt than the carpet cleaning company. It has even stayed gone! So much more convenient than having to call someone else!

It should be written on the box or vacuum don't use hot water

This unit works amazingly well. Key is not to rush it and go slow. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced home carpet cleaner.

My carpet is 12 years old and my 70lb black lab is 8 years old. It was time to get a heavy duty wet vac that could liberate the two from each other. After a few passes with the Bissell Proheat Pet Pro the rug is presentable to company again!

I’ve used this multiple time sins owning and it does a great job on cleaning messes. The tanks are plastic and I do recommend to get Warranty if purchased.

works very well, only draw backs are the cleaner is loud and the solution reservoir is small. Past 12 years I have purchased 2 Hoover carpet cleaners. The quality of Bissell far exceeds Hoover.

This upright carpet cleaner has saved my bum several times. Most of which are because my dog spitefully pees when I do not attend her every need, but alas ... I find myself needing to empty the dirty water reservoir often, and it is a bit of a chore to do so without creating a tail of water droplets from the vacuuming location to the toilet, but first world problems indeed. The unit seems to clean well, and Bissel's marketed cleaning solutions do actually work. My dog's urine could (perhaps) be classified as a caustic chemical (lol), so it's difficult to lift from the carpet even w/ the cleaning solutions marketed as enzymatic urine removers (from Bissel). My UV light shows my dog clearly owns the loft carpet still ;)

This cleaner works well and is designed to clean it out after you use it. Which may not seem like a big deal, until you are finished using it! Does a great job & I have had two others in the past. Maybe new technology or engineering but it is so much better than past models.

Easy to take apart to clean. I would like a heavier contact between the rollers and the carpet but it is an inexpensive and reasonable option to refresh your carpets.

Had a hover carpet cleaner for years and w GG en it finally broke down i got this one and it is alot better and alot easier to clean the machine when done with it

It was excellent. only it has noise for the small house otherwise it works very well and I recommend if you want to clean your house better this would be a great vacuum to have
