I don’t have pets but we have kids and this thing gets the job done after we vacuum. We do this and it’s helped pull up so much from our carpets! Recommend for sure!

I bought the BISSELL for my hard floors and it does a great job. So much easier and cleaner than old fashioned ways. I have hard floors in my whole house and this way took half the time it did the old way.

Does a great job cleaning and suction is good for picking up water from carpet/rug. HOWEVER, if you use the hand tools be prepared to set cleaner in a tray, as rollers continue to roll and water spills out the bottom and saturates the carpet where cleaner sits......

at first i didn’t know how to use the vacuum, was using it completely wrong but when i finally figured it out , it’s AMAZING. worth the buy 10/10

Does a great job at cleaning up after our new puppy. The cleaning solution and waste containers are very easy to fill/empty and wash.

Well we have only used this product once. So I had expected that it would work as described and it did. I guess the true value will be once it has been used several times.

Its a decent machine. It doesn't hold much as you're cleaning so you have to continuously empty the discarded water. Thats a big pain. It cleans well as long as the stain isn't set in. You'd have to go over it many times.

This really works great, never realized how dirty the carpets are until you use this. Pulls out dirt from deep down, I feel a lot more comfortable lying on the floor now knowing how clean it is.

It’s great, if you like to own your own carpet cleaner and don’t like to rent them from major retailer then this is a great choice

Best steam cleaning vacuum we’ve owned. We have a lot of pets so this gets used every week. Cleans extremely well and holds up to regular use.

The suction and utilization of this model is so much better than the older one we had with Bissell. So much better and easier to deal with. Looks cool too.

Great Cleaner. Really sucks out alot of dirt and water. Leaves the carpets just damp, so they dry quickly. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and it really does the job.

This thing works great carpets are very clean and it’s easy to use had for quite a while now and have only had to change the belt once low maintenance.

Best carpet cleaner I’ve ever owned! Unlike other carpet cleaners the parts are easy to clean after use. The max clean function works amazingly and gets out tough stains.

Love this carpet scrubber. Bought this to replace one of another brand. Carpet looks brand new. Took out all the pet stains we had and saved us from buying new carpet.

Works great! stairs, pet hair, stains; no match for this Biss. open the cleaner solution and smell it before you buy a big bottle, though. Some of it is NASTY smelling. Gag worthy, even.

Works great gets the job done but don’t go by the videos. Gets carpet clean if you use on time if you don’t it’s stay there. Videos shows old stays but does not clean it to brand new as implies

This deep cleaning vacuum is great for home projects. I wanted to give it a try, and it does a very decent job. I would recommend it for small, occasional deep cleanings that don’t require a professional job.

I've always been a Happy Bissell customer, this cleaner even surprised me. The ease of movement, the 2 separate tanks makes it so much easier for filling and emptying. Works great with our dogs and the messes they make.
