I love this vacuum. I purchased with hopes of deep cleaning a few rooms in the house and the carpets look like new!!! Pets stains and coffee stains be gone!!!

I bought this just for regular carpet cleaning. I do not have pets so im not sure how it works on pet stains but it cleans my carpets really well. Also, easy to load with water and solution.

I have white carpet and a puppy that isn’t potty trained. So I needed a vacuum that would wash my carpet. I wasn’t expecting it to clean my carpet as well as it does. I highly recommend it.

Works well. Easy to use and clean. If you have animal hair, make sure you vacuum several times before using it or will get clogged and clump.

I was skeptical about how easy this would work on small messes, but the hose hooks up quickly and cleans up easily. The dirty water tank cleans out easily and doesn't have small crevices for dirt to stick to.

The Bissel Pro-Heat 2X is a little heavier then I would like but it does a great job cleaning the carpet . I like how easy it is to take apart and clean.

Great product. We did use for our living room and it did an amazing job. There was continuous water leak and we couldnt able to figure out where it was coming from.

Replaced an older, failing Hoover. You can tell the difference in build quality straight away. The pre-treat stream is useful, and the tank, even though the float valve will cut suction when it looks to be only half full, holds enough that I can clean as needed without worry. If you're doing the entire floor, you'll probably need to empty the tank. The 1 hour dry time on the non-deep clean setting might be a little ambitious, but it doesn't seem like you're soaking your feet walking over a cleaned area either. This thing takes out any stain we've used it on.

Works great on carpets! WOW. my only complaint is the the stair/upholstery future is temperamental and leaves things too wet

I had a rather heavily pet stained white carpet which was quite effectively cleaned. Worked much better than those rental jobs you can get at grocery stores etc.

Our dog had an accident and its like it never happened. We also had kitchen chairs we wanted to update and we tried this cleaner, they are like new again!

Love this. Had a huge dark spot in the carpet from my kid always sitting in the same spot playing games. Few times over the spot and the carpet is back to looking new.

As we have 2 cats & 1 dog, the carpet is like a magnet for pet hair & dander, leading to the carpet smelling like the pets. After using the cleaner, the entire house smelled fresh!! Works great!

This is a great carpet cleaner. I have a small dog and cat and this machine works wonders. Instantly cleans up pet accidents and leaves a very clean smell. Dries very quickly as well.

I have a few pets to say the least and It always seam to wet here. These pets of my bring all the mud inside from outside. Love how quickly I can set it up to clean up their messes.
