I am completely impressed with the quality of cleaning this machine does. I have used it on both upholstery and carpets. Does a great job. Best of all, it comes completely apart for thorough cleaning of the machine.

I love my Bissel Proheat 2X! It make my rug look & feel like new everytime i clean it. It required alot of refils when using the deep clean mode. And my rug was dried in less than 4 hrs. It may look huge but its very easy to use. I would highly recomend buying it if you want stainless clean rugs!

Deep cleans. Picks up dog hair. Removes stuff stains. Light weight. Easy to clean. Reasonable price.

I previously had an older model of this carpet clean many years ago and i loved it then. Fast forward to now and i still feel the same about it! I didnt have pets then but i do now and it works amazing and i never stress about it getting clogged with dog hair.

This carpet cleaner is powerful! Easy to use but the only complaint I would have is that it seems pretty loud! I'm not used to other carpet cleaners and how loud those are so, maybe it's just a carpet cleaner thing. Either way the performance is top notch. I have cats and dogs which have both either thrown up or had an accident and it made short work of it! I would recommend this to pet owners for sure.

This replaced an earlier BIssell model that was about 10 years old. Both the older model and this one did a beautiful job cleaning the carpets in our house. This one, though, is much better designed, with separate clean and dirty water tanks (our old one had a single-tank design) and the ability to tear down most of the unit for cleaning out debris. That alone was worth the purchase.

I have owned many shampooers in my life and this is by far the best! Not bulky, very lightweight, and still cleans amazing! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a shampooer!!!

Nice product. It is working as advertised. But the area it clears is less. But quality of cleaning is so nice. Because I purchased open box item it has no accessories. Best buy instead of mentioning missing accessories they can mention No accessories. Nice Best buy customer service.

Only reason it doesn't get five stars is I haven't owned it long enough to see if it will hold up long term. Used this to clean carpets after dog had been left home alone for an extended period. Formerly owned a Hoover Steam Vac Plus but wanted something a little lighter and smaller. Steam Vac did a decent job but the Bissell has better suction and is easier to clean, the heated brush technology dramatically decreased the drying time. So far I am very pleased with the results and would recommend this product..

I am pleased with the carpet cleaner. It cleans really well, has great suction, a strong sprayer and dries relatively fast. It is light weight and moves easily The negatives are that the roller brush does not turn off when you are using the hand tool. Be aware of what it is on when using the hand tool. Also, I wish that this would have had a rotating brush for the hand attachment. They should have also placed a handle for carrying in the front vs the back.

We have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 boys so we needed something that was able to help maintain the carpet. It was definitely worth the money and makes a huge difference after the cleaning. It’s very easy to use and break down for maintenance purposes. It also comes with handy attachments for stains on stairs or furniture.

This carpet cleaner is easy to maneuver and does a great job making our carpets fresh and clean. We don't have many stains so I can't add much there however, I now clean our carpets every couple of months and I'm always amazed at the amount of dirt that's picked up. We don't wear shoes in the house but we do have 3 indoor-only cats and although my carpet looks clean initially, the dirty water always ends up being pretty gross. I'm always hugely satisfied with the amount of GROSS this machine sucks up every time I use it... Thank you Bissell! I haven't had any issues with leaking water...I've "forgotten" to empty the clean water tank when done... And all valves still operate like new. The machine doesn't keep the water warm, per se, but it does circulate warm air as advertised. It might have a slight effect on stabilizing water temp, but very minimal. Both the clean & dirty water tanks have a flat bottom so it's easy to fill/a snap to empty. It doesn't take any more than a minute to empty the dirty tank while shampooing... I find the tank size(s) to be perfect at approximately 1 gal each. I don't have to empty them too frequently (est. 3-4 times per 20' x 20' room) and I can manage hauling the machine, with a full water tank, up and down the stairs. My only real complaint is that I found the hand attachments to be completely useless. The suction is terrible and dirty water DOES leak out if holding at an awkward angle...i.e cleaning upholstery. My solution is I also own a portable Rug Doctor and opt to use it on all smaller tasks. Overall, I'm super pleased with my purchase and am crossing fingers that the product continues to do its job for many years to come.

I love this carpet cleaner. I have owned a carpet cleaner in the past and was not really impressed with it to the point that I would go out to the grocery store and rent a pain in the butt RugDocter to actually clean my carpets well. I am glad this product came along because I'm tired of the form factor of the RugDoctors. They are beasts of machines that are not very easy to use let alone heft into the car over and over to bring it home and return it. The ProHeat Pet Pro is only a little large than a vacuum and handles like a vacuum cleaner but performs better than the RugDoctor. It's a huge upgrade to have this thing ready to go the moment my pets have an accident or something gets spilled. I can clean the stain while it's fresh and my carpet is completely clean. It used to be, the dog would have an accident, I would scrub the stain by hand as best I could setting the stain into the carpet deeper, then going a few days later to rent a RugDoctor to clean the stain after it was completely dry and difficult to remove. Having this carpet cleaner on hand ready to go is a huge game changer. As a bonus, the hose attachments all work really super well also and are super easy to use so I actually use them all the time.

This Bissell replaces my Hoover carpet cleaner. I’m used to to washing first then do a rinse. The Bissell does both at the same time so I’m hoping it extracts enough of the soap so the carpet won’t get dirty faster. The one thing I dislike is the dirty water tank. This tank is way to small and have to empty to many times. Other than that, it seems to do a great job of cleaning.

This cleaner is super awesome! It cleaned my carpets better than the large cleaner I’ve been renting from the pet store and is much easier to use because it is lighter. You have to refill the clean tank more often because it is smaller but that is easy to do. With four cats and carpet everywhere this was definitely worth the purchase!

Does a great job cleaning my carpets. I have three dogs so it is nice to be able to take the cleaner apart to make sure it is clean and ready for the next use.
