better than the old bissell carpet cleaning machine I had before. Great experience

I bought this steam cleaner because I needed to clean up cat urine . I found it did not have alot of suction power. I had to go over and over the area to pick up most of the water. Now the water did come out dark so it is cleaning and picking up the dirt. Unfortunately it did not help in cleaning the urine smell. I still smelled it the next day. So for regular cleaning its a good machine but for urine that has been there for days it was not helpful.

This is my new favorite toy in my house! It cleaned every stain I had on my carpet and the smell wasn’t so strong which I like a lot.

I love this carpet cleaner. It gets everything out. My dog loves to run and play in the yard so mud and dirt come in. But it’s no match for this beast

I didn’t know there was so much dirt and stuff in my carpets until I bought this. Makes the whole house smell nice too

We built a new home that had a lot of carpet on the second level. With twin 2 year old boys, this machine has exceeded and out performed our expectations in keeping the carpet clean.

We only buy Bissell carpet cleaners and vacuums because of their proven quality. They last for many years and are powerful at getting up cat hair. This one is easy to use and works perfectly.

Well this carpet cleaner sucks. I mean really sucks but in a good way. It pulled so much nasty stuff up I couldn’t believe it. I thought my carpets were clean, I was wrong.

I love this I spend 5 hours cleaning the carpet at my house they look amazing so easy to take apart and clean after and fill with water

Works beautifully! My carpets looked new again. Definitely would recommend to anyone. People who have said the carpets were too wet or didn't come clean, most likely didn't follow directions.
