I do feel like it doesn’t get as much water out of the carpet as some of the previous cleaners I’ve had in the past.

Use too much fluid which keeps you busy emptying the waste container and refilling the cleaning fluid container. Does a decent job of cleaning, easy to set up and use but overpriced for the performance. That said, I've got a lab who loves marking new carpets and this machine keeps the stains from setting.
