I have an older Bissel carpet cleaner that needed to be replaced. The new carpet cleaner works perfectly as I expected. There are some nice improvements to my new machine. I love the hand held attachments which I used the first day to remove moisture from a recently wet bed. It did a wonderful job of cleaning up the mess! I did have to use a hair dryer to dry the mattress before making the bed. The water compartments have been modified so that they are no longer on top of the rollers. This allows for easier manueverability when cleaning carpets. Overall, I love my new carpet cleaner!

Best carpet cleaner we have ever had. Does a great job sucking up all the cleaning solvent. Takes about one hour to dry.

Love this carpet scrubber! I pretty much use this daily with my senior dog and it works amazingly!

This works great. I use it for when the dogs get lazy and go in the house. Already bought another for my father inlaw.

Cleans fabulously with proper solution and really sucks up dirt and used water/soap. Carpet smells great for weeks.

If you have pets on carpet, this is a life saver. It cleans and does not leave carpet wet. Damp yes, wet no. It was on sale as well.

For an owner of a dog that sheds a lot, this cleaner is fantastic. This cleaner was able to get up dirt, spots, etc with ease. Definitely recommend it!

The Bissell Upright Deep Cleaner has been used a few times and does a great job.

Works well for old stains, urine, feces or just dirt. I have an old dog that has tummy troubles and is in kidney failure. This has done wonders. Powerful suction!

Its great! Leaves carpets clean and do reccommend if u have pets.

This shampooed does a great job of cleaning carpets. It seems to dispense enough water and shampoo to clean and deodorize well. The extraction is superior to other machine I’ve used as it is damp, not wet; allowing it to dry quicker. I gave four stars because the upholstery hose attachment doesn’t work well. You should be able to just snap it in and be done but I literally have to continuously push it it for it to “connect” and dispense water and then extract it. It was very cumbersome when cleaning furniture and would impossible if cleaning stairs. For this reason alone, I’d by another brand. Five stars for carpet. 2 - 3 stars for furniture.

Had a Bissell carpet cleaner in the past and this one is performing as great as that one did. Buying a product is better when you have proven past performance.

Easy to use and easy to clean when done. Does a good job and feels like better quality then the previous carpet cleaners I've had.

Great item for getting deep stains and pet hair out of the carpet. Need to move slow so that it gets the work done but it's really done me good.

This carpet cleaner cleans very well. With all the snow and the dogs trampling mud and dirt onto the carpet it gets the stains removed very easily.

Works wonders. If your dog has lots of accidents, this will do the job.

Worked great without much effort. Cleans quite well. Depending on the carpet, I would choose 3x or 4x cleaning solution.

When i purchased my bissell-proHeat 2x in July of 2019 a friend dog had made a mess i used it and was suprised how easy it was to run what a great job in cleanup mess odor gone.
