I have several pets and my other carpet cleaner stopped working. So after looking online at some reviews about the best carpet cleaner for pets I found several which ranked this cleaner at the top. After using the cleaner I will say it works ok. The issues I have is the mixing of the carpet cleaning material with the water and the water pick up. All the cleaners I have had in the past had a seperate tank for the carpet cleaning product which allowed, in my opinion, a simpler use of the machine. Further having a seperate tank allowed you to by any brand of cleaner you want. It appears to me you have to by their cleaner to make sure the water to cleaner ratio is correct. The other thing I noticed is with other cleaners I've had in the past the water put down is almost all sucked back up by the machine. This one leave the carpet much wetter, which I then question how well the carpet is getting cleaned if the water is not getting sucked back up. I found for every gallon of water used I'm only getting about half that amount sucked back up. Not sure I would buy this machine again, but it works.

Last minute spontaneous purchase because my 20 year old Big Green Clean Machine finally quit. Couldn't be happier and wish I bought this sooner

Very disappointed. The suction is good, but the sprayer for the cleaning solution quit working only after a couple of uses.

I bought this for a very limited use in a commercial building. While it struggles with tougher stains, it does a decent job overall and for the price, gets the job done.

Easy to assemble, cleans deep into the carpet and leaves it very clean. I am very happy with this purchase.

This unit works really well. Pretty easy to clean also which is a plus. I don’t use it a bunch but if you need excessive use out of it you’ll notice that it leaks on the side of the unit, and also pretty much all of the attachments are garbage. For the price I would have hoped that some of the fancy attachments worked but they were a waste of solution.
