After a few uses I noticed the tank was leaking but thought nothing of it. The clean shot button had got stuck the first time we used it. A year later I’m having issues with all buttons getting stuck or just not working. No it won’t turn off I have to unplug it to turn it off.

We have light color carpet in our bedrooms and because they are indoor dogs it can become might messy if it’s muddy outside. Very easy to use and comes with great attachments for spot cleaning or even furniture. Also dries very quickly , so that’s a huge bonus. Even comes with a couple sample bottles of biased cleaning formul to try
