Does a great job cleaning my carpets. I have three dogs so it is nice to be able to take the cleaner apart to make sure it is clean and ready for the next use.

Wasn’t 100% sure we needed this but my allergies were getting worse despite regular vacuuming so I went with it. This picked up so much more dirt, dust and other stuff out my carpet and furniture than I thought could possibly be there. My allergies dropped almost instantly and my carpet looked much better as well.

This shampooer works awesome! I'm so thankful we got this one. I live where it's really dusty and we constantly vacuum yet we had such dirty water. The tools work very well for dog hair and I found them easy to clean after use. Hose attachments also work great for quick cleanup of pet messes.

When you have dogs in the house, occasionally cleaning carpets is necessary. We used to rent a carpet cleaner from the orange big box store, but that's a hassle and there were times the machine I rented was dirty or did not work properly. So we recently decided to purchase this carpet cleaner and it was a great decision. This Bissell unit cleans as well as any of the units we rented. It is lighter and easier to handle than the large rental units. The best part is that it is always handy and we can pull it out whenever we need it instead of planning a trip to the big box store. It's not worth renting a unit unless you plan to clean all the carpeting in your house. With this Bissell cleaner, we can pull it out whenever we needed. This works great, is well built and well worth the cost.

This cleaner is amazing! I spent a lot of time looking and comparing carpet cleaners and best buy always has the best options for products at the best price! Very convenient with many cleaning options. Gets the job done and does exactly what it says it will!

I love this cleaner. This is so light weight and is easy to use just like a vacuum. The water and dump containers are small enough that it doesn’t make the machine bulky. My carpets have come incredibly clean. We have had a sick pup lately and this does wonders for her accidents!

I am a bunny owner and my bunnies shed, sometimes accidentally pee, and make messes. This vacuum has cleaned up all the messes and stains - saving me a lot of money in the long run! It literally looks like I had a professional come in and clean it off. Highly recommend!!

This is my second Bissel carpet cleaner. Great suction and spot cleaner for pet accidents. Easy to clean rollers and love the attachments.

Absolutely amazing. I did not realize how dirty my carpets were until I used this to clean them. It’s simple to assemble, works AMAZING, and almost makes carpet cleaning fun. Fill up the water/cleaner tank, plug it in and go! It’s nearly a perfect machine. The only way they could make it better is to increase the size of the waste water tank. Once that tank fills up the machine stops working, even if you still have cleaner and water in the top tank. Not a big deal to empty the waste water tank but it should be big enough to hold the same capacity as the cleaning water tank. Otherwise, it’s perfect. It might seem expensive at first but considering renting one is $40 an hour it will pay for itself after a couple months. Very happy.

This carpet cleaner is amazing! we have two dogs and it gets the dirt out even after it has set in. I have used it to clean our couch from spills and the couch looks brand new after. I highly recommend this for families with kids and dogs!

I have owned 5 carpet cleaners and hired 3 companies over the years to clean carpet stains related animals, children, and routine maintenance. This one takes the cake. I have removed more stains and dirt than I have ever seen. To top all that, this is by far the easiest device to clean. No more unscrewing parts to get them clean. This device has clips and push buttons to remove parts and reveal the brushes to be cleaned after each use. Great product! I'm not sure how they will top this one. You won't regret buying one.

Suction is amazing. Spot sprayer is a plus . Machine is little loud. I have two pets and my Doxie is losing control of his bladder. Even though I have pet pads down he sometimes misses. You have to put hot water in tank to clean. There is not heating element to keep water hot. I keep room temper water in the tank at all times for Immediate urine clean up-it cleans urine right up. Empty system is very well designed. This Bissel releases all dirt from tank and dog hair. My previous less expensive bissel was difficult to empty. Ali most did not buy a second bissel because of the old emptying technologically. But sure glad I did. Be sure follow cleaning mixture instructions exact. I’ve sent picture of where to order to most of my friends that have pets. Sure glad I bought this machine. I’m Considering buying the matching vacuum cleaner.

I love this machine. It is easy to use and manuever. Light compared to those rental machines. You need to refill more often but worth the trade off to me. Cleans as good if not better than the rentals and I always have it when needed.

This cleaner is GREAT! Very easy to use, very easy to push. Wish the tank was a little bit bigger, but made my carpets look amazing! I can’t tell you how much money we have wasted renting machines that don’t do half the job as this cleaner. Highly recommend.

I have only used clean water (no detergent yet) and I was amazed at how much it cleaned. I thought my old one was leaving soap in the carpet and trapping dirt. The carpet almost looks new with just water. I look forward to using detergent to see how much better it will be.

BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner - Silver/purple. This product has is out perform all expectations. I have not had any problems with this equipment, it even out perform the other Bissell Deep Clean Carpet Cleaner PET. Now, before I used this machine I read the book on how to use and to clean it. The first thing is to clean your carpet with a very good vacuum cleaner, then use this machine. I highly recommend this product. I had this product now for more than three weeks and I have really used it. My carpets in each room feel the same as they did when they were new, this is saying a great deal.
