Great features and easy to clean

This one is much easier to clean (thankfully) and has great extraction. One thing I don't like about it, however, is that you have to pre-mix the shampoo. It makes rinsing a pain in the butt. You have to use the entire container of the pre-mixed solution and refill with water only or have two containers to switch out. I miss the convenience of having separate water and shampoo containers in the old one. Other than that it seems great so far!

Great for pets

Clean carpet

This is an AWESOME shampooer
