Works well, but not forever

This is the 2nd one we purchased - the prior model was purchased a little over 2 years ago. The cost of the repair was too close to the cost new, so we opted to purchase the new model. Hoping the pump motor lasts longer on this one! I am surprised that BB did not offer a warranty on this product at checkout as it would be one of the first times I would consider such a product.

Could of used something better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had a Hoover carpet cleaner for years and was a bit disappointed in the quality of this carpet cleaner. The plastic is easy to break and is flimsy and the sprayer on the side sprays against the wall when you run it over the carpet so the wall gets wet. It cleans the carpet well but wasn't too impressed with the functionality of the product. Will stick with Hoover from now on.
