Very good suction, easy to use

The first time I steam cleaned the floor I went over it I think 5 times and it kept pulling dirt out of the carpet. I was very impressed with how much dirt it pulled out, how easy it was to fill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water also.

My rugs are over ten years old and I’ve used the cleaner just once so far and my rugs look much better. The rugs are beige. We don’t wear outdoor shoes in the house...but with age, the rugs were getting matted. With the Bissell, it helped raise the mat.
