So it does a semi decent job and was easy to set up but has several downfalls. 1. Clean Water tank has to be refilled significantly more often than I assumed. 2. Dirty water tank spills as you take it off, is semi messy, and has to be emptied very often. Feel like I’m doing a 9-12 sq ft area per tank. 3. This is a pretty heavy unit. Definitely feeling it after using it in one room. 4. I have 2 long haired dogs and I’m spending about 5 minutes per tank gathering the hair it has dragged and left along the way. ( See pic) 5. It doesn’t get as hot as I would’ve thought it would. 6. Doesn’t do the best job sucking up the water after you have shampooed the carpet. Not a con but it does take 6-8 hours to dry with a fan and heater running over it. I will definitely be returning it and looking for a better alternative.

Good carpet cleaner great suction

It is the best mid level carpet cleaner. I did not like the spot cleaning tools they do not work as well as the Hoover deep scrub. It doesn't dry that good either but it will lift the dirt. This is not a professional cleaner but it is a good mid level cleaner
