Very satisfied with this shampooer, does a great job.

Works great for those messy spills & pets spots, have no complaints

it works great and ive had mine for about a year now and it still works just as good as when i got it, the only things i dont like about it is that it keeps picking up like dust of the carpet and get it wrt and just doesnt suck it up, it just stays on the floor and i have to and pick it all back up

This keeps the carpets pretty clean in between yearly professional cleanings

The carpet cleaner was very effective and cleaned my living room with great ease. Drawbacks: 1) Had to fill the solution and tank up twice to clean an area approximately 300 square feet. 2) Using the upholstery tool does not stop the main carpet cleaner brush from cycling on. This can cause undue wear and tear on the brush. Still would recommend because it does it's job.

This is our third carpet cleaner over many years - they get good use in our house. The only thing I would change is to have the soap and the water in separate containers rather than together. This allows a clean water rinse after shampooing. Even rinsing the take leaves some soap residue. We will buy a second tank for clean water only

Has plenty of brushes to get the job done. Easy access to brushes help keeping it clean. Our previous one needed 4 parts taken off before you could clean off any of the moving parts of hair and dirt.

It was a nail biter hoping to get the right carpet cleaner and we were pleasantly surprised at how well this machine works, easy to use and easy to clean for storage.

I love this carpet cleaner! It is everything I thought it would be, when it comes to the way it performs. Would have given 5 stars, but I wish the clean and dirty reservoirs were a bit larger. I don't have an upstairs bathroom to dump and refill, so I have to make a ton of trips up and down the stairs.

This vacuum is a great tool! It will help you get better longevity from your rugs, and floors. The removable tools work well. Great for cleaning up after pets too. Overall, an important thing to have and well worth your money.

This carpet cleaner has worked for us in our household with a pet. You can see the dirt and stains removed in the tank. It definitely has helped us keep a fresh clean scent in our rooms with carpet.

Finally got around to using this. It worked well. I did the express cleaning with it and so far I’m pleased with the results. Left the carpet a little wetter than I thought it would. The pet tool didn’t extract the water as well as I had hoped, but overall happy with it. It’s easy to use and clean. I would recommend this machine

This is the second Bissell carpet cleaner I've owned. The first one was ok but I was having issues with the hose always breaking. I took a chance on this one as the hose looked more sturdy and have been very happy with it overall. For the price, this is a great purchase...definitely recommended!

Read the booklet manual! Works extremely well. Sucks out the dirt and dog mistakes on the carpets. pre soak dirt/dog urine spots with cleaner prior to cleaning. Works very well.

We’ve had a few shampooers and this one is the best so far. Our last bissel only lasted a little over a year so we weren’t sure about staying with bissel but we’re glad we did. This machine has much more power than the less expensive shampooers we’ve had in the past.
