The vacuum pushes everything into big hair balls instead of actually vacuuming it up. It definitely picks stuff out the carpet. I can tell by all the crud in the water. But it seriously makes huge hair balls, no matter how many times I clean it out.

good carpet cleaner, does a good job on our five carpets

I had this for almost a year now and I have never hired carpet cleaner since! Perfect deep cleaner for almost everything you can’t wash in the washing machine. Aside from our carpet floors, I also use it for sofa, and upholstered chairs, bed frame, ottomans. Great value for money! I gave it 4 stars just because it is a little heavy.

I have used it once,good but not as commercial machines.

This carpet cleaner works as I expected... does good job.

I have been searching and looking at reviews of carpet cleaners for quite some time. I came a cross this cleaner and all the great reviews, so I purchased it. This cleaner is amazon, love it, does a great job. I am very please with this product.

We've only used it once, so far, but it did a GREAT job. The only reason we're giving it 4 starts, instead of 5, is because the dirty water tank can only fill to half before it needs to be emptied. It is far too small.

This cleaner works so well my wife used it before me and loved it. Able to pull dirt from the the carpet not once but twice within a few hours and the carpet was dry within that time from. Extraction works well, wish the dirty water tank was bigger.

Did a great job. Picked up both dog hair and sand in carpet.

Cleaned well enough while it was running but stopped after about 5 minutes and wouldn’t turn back on right away. Seemed almost as if it was over heating. I returned immediately.

Totally would recommend! Probably the best cleaner I used besides a commercial grade carport cleaner. This carpet cleaner will get stains out of carpets, couches and a lot more.

Does all you expect of it. The ONLY thing is the instructions are unclear about the fact that you cannot use all of the cleaning reservoir prior to dumping out the dirty water tank...do not make that mistake and mind the "full" line!

This is an excellent cordless sweeper/ hand held vac combo. I use it several times weekly to clean hard floors and carpet, and the attachments are very useful. I am amazed at the suction power and the quantity of deeply embedded dust and dirt it extracts. The battery holds a charge well.

Highly recommend this carpet cleaner. Had my doubts at first. Pets stains, spilled drinks, even previous tar stains that have sat in the carpet for almost two years. All of those stains were removed and I didn’t do any pre treating to the stains which is usually recommended.

Love this machine. The floor dried in hours of use.

This machine has been a great addition to the life with dogs. You never know what they might have on their paws. Also, now with this Pandemic currently going on (2020) it’s nice to keep germs off the floors from the bottoms of shoes!

I am a pet owner with two dogs and two cats, so pet stains are common. I have used this machine on several stains now, and it cleans very well. The hand held attachment works very well for tight spaces and on the stairs. No more lingering odors from and ineffective clean up.

I’ve only used it once, and it worked out great. I have Great Dane and boxer and although they are short haired, their hair still gets everywhere. I used it on an area rug and our stairs. Assembly was easy and I got to work!

It's better than many ive had, but I hate that it doesn't suck up stronger than it should. It still leaves enough water behind that the handheld will pick up water better if you push it down hard into carpet. Also, wish you could wash and vacuum later. Not soak up all water soap mix before you can thoroughly clean.
