Works very and easy to use. Very pleased with the machine

Really easy to use and disassemble to clean. It works really well, I really love it. It has a large tank also, so you don’t have to stop in the middle of using to refill it. Better than my other carpet cleaners I’ve had in the past.

Great cleaner but the waste bucket has a bad design. Easily spills when you take it off to empty it. Called Bissell and they sent a replacement which works fine. Seems like an older model though as it’s a bit smaller and a different color but it works fine.

This machine is excellent for cleaning after dogs.

Great machine for the price, pet version was worth the price difference even if you don't have a pet. Hand tools clean awesome and really good on car interiors. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an efficient cleaning machine.

This machine does its job. It pulled everything out of my area rug and dried quickly after I was finished. If I had any complaints, it would be that it goes through the water reservoir quickly and it will lose suction briefly when it gets dirty, causing you to have to clean it and come back to where you left off.

You want clean carpets, then get this cleaner. It really takes out the odor and deep cleans. This is an investment for my home. Great products thank you Bissell for thinking about your clients keep up the great work with your products.

So far so good. Had this a couple months now. Better design than the previous bissell I had. Good suction, doesn't leave a lot of water behind. I've been using bissell branded carpet shampoo with good results. I'm sure Zep or another cheaper brand would work great.

Just got rid of our hoover after it died and I think I like this one better. The reservoirs are much easier to fill and access. not to mention, the attachment has a nice filter on it, so all the gunk doesn't stink up the host after you're done using it.

Best steam cleaner around I threw my other Bissell out and purchased a newer one what a difference

Great if you have inside pets an you keep a tight house . Not alot of products last even with maintenance. This is something totally reliable an long lasting easy to clean

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro has been a great addition to my floor cleaning arsenal. Living in a home with 2 dogs, you have to deep clean the carpets from time to time. My dogs almost never have “accidents” but there is still a good amount of pet hair and dander that comes with having them around. Renting a carpet cleaner can be a hassle and the cost of doing that over time adds up quickly. If you are a pet owner, owning a good carpet cleaner just makes sense. This Bissell came neatly packaged using cardboard inserts rather than styrofoam, this makes for a clean unpacking experience and an easy to recycle clean up. The unit was easy to assemble, requiring a phillips head screwdriver for one step. The instructions are clear and easy to read. There are two separate water tanks, one for clean water and one for dirty. Filling the cleaning solution tank and mixing the cleaning solution is simple. The tank pulls out and fits nicely in my kitchen sink. This model came with two trial size cleaning solutions which should be enough to deep clean 2-3 medium size rooms depending on use. The dirty water tank also removes from the unit easily, has a handle and is easy to empty. Operating the Bissel was a breeze. Just press a button on the handle when you want it to release cleaner (wet pass) and release the button when you want it to suck up fluid (dry pass). For deep clean mode the instruction booklet recommends 2 slow wet passes, 1 forward and 1 back then 2 slow dry passes, 1 forward and 1 back. For the express clean mode it recommends 2 wet passes, 1 forward and 1 back then 2 dry passes, 1 forward and 1 back. There is also a nice Cleanshot feature that allows you to spray a stream of cleaner out of the front of the unit head onto the floor. This is a good feature to use before you start cleaning to pretreat small heavily soiled areas. I was pleasantly surprised at just how much pet hair it was able to pull out of my carpets. Before using the Bissell for a deep clean of my carpets I was sure to thoroughly vacuum everything. Even after a thorough vacuuming the Bissell picked up a considerable amount of pet hair, hair that I would have never noticed before. Along with all the hair that was pulled out of my carpets, the water was very dirty, much more than when I use a rental unit. The carpets came out looking much cleaner than before. Overall they are brighter, look somewhat renewed and smell much better. Clean up was a breeze. Almost everything disassembled so that you can reach the areas that need cleaned. There are a couple hard to reach areas where debris can get stuck but Bissell included a tool to help you reach those spots. All of the pieces were easy to rinse off in my kitchen sink, dry off with a towel and put back together. Overall I am very happy with the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro. The only other carpet cleaners I’ve used have been rentals but I can say with absolute certainty that this unit outperforms any of them. I will recommend this unit to friends.

Best feature is that the front removes for easy cleaning. We have a dog and we have had other machines that the front wasn't removable and all the dog hair and dirt would get stuck under the front area.

Good product but I wanted a carpet steamer. This was not the product for me.

What a life saver! Decided we needed one now that we have 2 dogs. Good thing we did ax our big guy got sick and messed all over the house. It was a dirty job but the bissell really handled it well

This carpet cleaner is simple to use and cleans much better than the one we previously purchased from a different brand. We used the included attachment and also cleaned a chair.

Great pickup of dog messes. Cleaning occasionally will help with its effectiveness. Hair can cause cleaning and water pickup to be less effective. Easy to break down to clean for the most part.

Cleans great in a home with pets and kids. Brush belt did break within the first couple uses, but design supports and easy fix

Description was extremely accurate. Floors do take 8 hours or less to dry and if you direct a fan in the room, it will definitely dry faster. Extremely satisfying to see the water turn dirty.

Used this 4 days after having my carpets professionally cleaned and it pulled up what the professionals couldn't. I even called the carpet cleaning company and complained. This carpet cleaner cleaned so well it was like the pet accident never happened.
