We literally use this every weekend because our dog is an a-hole. It has lasted us 2 years and it’s still kicking. The key is to make sure you clean it good after every use. I wouldn’t buy another brand.

Easy to assemble and use. Was very impressed with how the carpets looked. Left avpleasant smell. I also like the fact you can add attachment for stairs and furniture. I would recommend this product.

The machine does a decent job cleaning the carpets, but it unit also leaks. It leaks enough that you have to do several passes without the clean water attached.

I was amazed by the performance on the carpet in my house, I was thinking of changing the carpet in the living room and dining room but it was so clean that I no longer need to change it.

We've had the stinch of our boxer in our carpet for months... We've had pro's come and clean the carpets, and that didn't work. We decided to purchase this cleaner, and try it ourselves, and lo and behold! The stinch is gone!

I have 3 small dogs and I am so happy with this machine and it’s ease to use. It has a nice wide path So cleaning is a breeze. I looked and shopped before getting this one and couldn’t be more satisfied.

Dont waste your money on Dysons, save like 300-400 dollars and get this. It will deep clean your carpets. Wife loves it.

Clean tank came broken. There is a hole in the back where you can see it got crushed. Also the brushroll does not stop when using the upholstery tools. You have to either lay it down (spilling water) or let the brush just keep going destroying your floors while using the upholstery attachments. Their vacuums do the same thing. Someone suggested removing the brushroll every time you use the attachments, but that's absolutely ridiculous.

Instructions for cleaning brushes are awful. When I was able to figure them out, I discovered you need three hands to follow them. Don’t know about other users but I and everyone I’ve ever met were equipped with just two. I had to play fish with the cleaning tool.

This unit shampoos very well and with dual row brushes, you get a deep down clean the first time on standard traffic areas. The preshot pretreater could have a better aim and I wish there were side brushes like my older PET proheat.

It does wonders if you have a pet. I went through at least 2 other models both bissell and hoover. This by far is worth every penny. Better suction power than all others

It’s loud. The brushes seem to stop spinning at time and the cleaning solution tank seems to empty extremely fast but it works! Not sure if it’s worth the price we paid but time will tell.

I’m so glad I purchased this cleaner. We just moved into our home and they had a dog. So I wanted to deep clean my carpets. It did not disappoint me not one bit.

We got a new puppy, and with that comes "accidents". This works perfectly for spots, as well as the whole area rugs. Would definitely recommend.

I LOVE THIS STEAM CLEANER!! By far the most user friendly steam cleaner I have ever used or owned, and with three kids, and three animals that says a lot!

Impressive carpet cleaning upright. Handles easily and deep cleans efficiently. Removes normal spots without pretreating. So glad we bought this one.

Only have used once since buying. Was easy to use and did a great job with the area I needed to clean up. The tool that comes with the machine for cleaning the rollers really helped out with cleaning the roller brushes.

We have used this over 20 times in the short time span we’ve had it due to a new puppy. It’s a great at home steam cleaner that works well in lieu of professional services.

I have a household with two dogs. This works very well to clean the carpets. I was concerned with their hair getting tangled but its a non issue
