This is the best steam cleaning vacuum that I have purchased. I would highly recommend it.

Bought this because my Hoover died. The one thing I like is that the water spray is controlled by the user. The Hoover had an automatic dispensing which the user had to keep pushing a button to put it in dry mode and then forget to turn the water back on. The only feature that this doesn't have is the separate tank for the cleaning fluids.

Awesome choice if you have pets , this cleans so good the carpet smells like new again. The handheld scrubber/cleaner is great for furniture and stairs. Easy to clean , everything disassembles with ease.

Bought this on door pick up one hour, No response from store that it’s ready 3 hours later.So I decide to head over and pick it up.Weather man says severe weather on its way at 5 pm. Store counter say computer says 0 in stock. I paid on line and there was only one left at the store location. Well that made sense, I bought it, but wear is it. Ok not go to look in back. Wear is the department where you keep them. Guess what there it is where anyone could pick it up and bye it again. Well I brought it up to the counter and said now you have 0 left. Loaded in automobile five minutes later. Snow storm just started.

Havent used yet but excited to have a cleaner home from the smell of pet hair and sweat.

This bissel is great. We have 4 dogs and use this machine a lot. This is our second one. The other lasted 3 years.

So far so good. Had been using Hoover steam vacs for a while but every single one of them started leaking. The last one within the first three months. The Bissell cleans well and we have multiple pets so you can tell the difference after you are done. Hopefully its reliable and will last more than the two years we were lucky to get from a Hoover.

This is a wonderful machine. It has cleaned our carpets better than when we paid a professional to do so.

Bought a house a year ago and hired professionals to clean my carpets, was told old stains do not come off. This amazing machine took them off with ease in the bedrooms. Oh and forget paying $80 -$100 for stairs, my stairs never look better. Save the $80 to buy this cleaner! My parents said you did a better job than they did by a long shot!

The carpet cleaner is a great tool. Carpets come out sparkling clean and almost dry enough to walk on right away
