Like this machine alot clean well just wish it had a stronger water intake to dry floor quicker but its save you from spots just dont let the spots set for week before cleaning

The Bissell machine was great on cleaning my carpet but water was leaking from the machine on my clean carpet.

Way better than the previous model. The lower front comes off easily for quick cleaning. Couldn't do that with the old one. Tried it put on some upholstery and that seemed to work pretty decent.( I am not expert on that surface) I have only used it 2x, but hoping it will work better than the old one since it's easier to clean out when I am done with it.

I purchased this along with the carpet cleaner for pet order removal as a gift for my daughter who had a very naughty defiant Cat, need to say her house smells like it is brand new after a good year

4 stars because it doesn’t completely blow my mind with performance, but it’s still great. Upgraded from a smaller handheld cleaner and it’s so useful for our house. With an elderly dog who has a lot of accidents, this makes clean up so quick and easy. She stays in diapers for the most part, if any other fur baby parents are curious about how we manage. Very happy with this purchase.

This is the best one I have ever used. It picks up everything and pulls so much dirt and grime out of the carpet. I also love the attachements. There was a lot of hard to reach places my new place and this made it so easy to clean them.

It don't matter how much you vacuum, carpet clearly gets disgusting. It does a fantastic job cleaning dirt, dog hair (and allergens) from the carpet. Midnight sneeze attacks dropped tremendously after a whole house cleaning.

personally this is the absolute best!!! and i mean besttt steam cleaner!! ive had quite a few but this one does the trick QUICK AND THOROUGHLY! also the extra samples of the shampoos for pet urine killers in the carpet is on point!! i ended up buying extra cause it works that good!! i highly recommend this steamer!! it does the job right!!!

This carpet cleaner really does a great job! Haven't deep cleaned in many years and it really took up the dirt and the few spots. Didn't leave the carpet wet like others I've used. It was damp, but dried quickly. Attachments worked well for furniture also.
