I have three animals and a white/cream colored rug and couch. It has gotten every single stain out with ease to where they all look brand new!

You can actually tell it is getting your carpet clean. I recommend it to anyone with stubborn stains, pets, or kids. Its a 10 out of 10 for me!

Has been recommended as preferred to steam cleaning for stain removals and embedded soil. Happy with attachments that came with upright.

Wish I had one sooner!

Works better than a dirty rental machine and much easier to maneuver. Would not recommend for cleaning entire rooms, but seems sturdy enough to last a long time. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is limited use so far. Fabulous find on Deal of the Day!

Plus, I went over the first attempt with just hot water and I find the smell of the shampoo has gone and more dirt landed in the reservoir. I'm happy I got this.
