Took a little bit to figure out howvto use, but oncw we did it exceeded expectations

It lasted a little while but now doesn’t work. First the handheld attachment stopped working then the whole unit stopped working.

For the price this is the best product you can buy does the job as good as a $800 vacuum

Awesome vacuum. Does the work for alight slim design. Nothing i could say to add. Easy to use and simple to assemble once you get it out the box. Good job Bissell.

Used our old carpet cleaner after vacuuming, then used this one. Blown away by the amount of dirt and whatever this picked the other didn't.

I love this machine but every year I have to buy another one because it stops sucking up the water!!

Good product, just the tank is too small so have to be foil out so many time to clean a 3x3 carpet spot!!

Does a good job cleaning, but broke after 3-4 uses within 4 months. We’ll see how Bissell customer support goes.

Excellent product! I have ten cats and everything that comes along with one cat multipled by ten.

The cleaner works very well ,so far. We have used the cleaner on some small areas, we have also used both of the hand held heads with the hose.

This vacuum it’s awesome, just need to make a little less noice

First, I have owned my fair share of carpet cleaners, and to say this is my least favorite is an understatement. The "dirty" tank is tiny, so you are constantly emptying it. I think I emptied it about five times for my living room alone. Secondly, there is **********NO SEPARATE CLEANER SOLUTION CONTAINER********* YOU MIX IT IN WITH THE WATER TANK. I found this to be unbelievable. So you go through cleaner and water, like water (ha). You have to empty the tank out constantly, plus you have to refill it constantly. Thirdly, IT FEELS LIKE CHEAP PLASTIC. If it were a $100 carpet cleaner, I wouldn't complain, but we all know this isn't a $100 carpet cleaner. How it received these high ratings is beyond me because THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT THE THING THEY CALL A CARPET CLEANER. It's a waste of money. Total waste. BUT het, it is easy to use until you get to the attachments. That took about 20 minutes between my significant other and me (both are tech savvy; he is a mechanical engineer, so that blows my mind. He couldn't figure out why the accessory wouldn't suck up the water; it would only squirt it out, yes, squirt.) I finally messed around with the hose, and it just started working; it was a complete mess. As I said, I have owned multiple carpet cleaners, which is the worst of all (even those I owned or used in the early 2000s).

It’s really good , works perfectly fine , worth your money if you have a pet .
