When the cleaner was shipped to me, the box was unsealed, only the two cardboard flaps kept the box top shut. The plastic housing over the two front brushes was cracked and damaged. I called Bissell and they replaced the complete unit. I did not call Best Buy for a replacement nor did I return the cleaner to them. On the box flap was printed--DO NOT RETURN TO STORE, CALL BISSELL.

The first time I used it, it seemed to work fairly well, however when I got it out to use the second time, the water tank was leaking profusely. So far there's been no resolution. Complete waste of money.
