The vacuum is very easy to operate- light cordless vacuum, needs more time to charge the battery from the beginning up to 3-5 hours. We have a hardwood floor, and we are using the vacuum on a carpet as well, works good on both type floors surfaces.

I bought this to use for my son’s room and since we have a pet that sheds. This vacuum is a life saver! Great suction and good amount of time to use after a full charge. The handheld option is very ideal for quick clean.

I'm hoping this last longer than my last one. I only have carpet in one room and mostly looking to vacuum both carpet and floor, and this works great while aslo not taking a lot of space. Doesn't take long to get a full charge either, so far, it's perfect.

Easily picks up pet hair along the floors base boards. With one push of a button it can be taken apart and used as a hand held vacuum making it easy to clean the stairs.

Love that the vacuum can be an upright or hand held. Suction is great when new but wears down over time. Loved my handheld pet pro & thought this would work the same but its just not as strong.

This little vacuum cleaner exactly fits the bill around here. I needed something that was easy to carry up and down steps that would vacuum my new washable area rug without sucking it up. And this little Bissell does all of the above.

This item is perfect for someone who has limited ability love it

This is the perfect cordless vacuum for someone who only needs to vacuum in smaller sections only because it is smaller so it’ll take longer to do a whole house. The tank is a decent size but still recommended to be emptied after every use. It’s super light weight which I loved because most cordless vacuum I found were top heavy. This vacuum converts to a handheld and also has the feature to reach under furniture so you don’t have to break your back or worry too much about hard to reach areas. The down fall is that it does come with extra attachments but no place to put them on the vacuum so it’s makes it’s easier to lose parts. The charger is a regular cord that plugs into the wall. I thought it was way better than a charging dock only because you can fold and store everything away in a closet rather than put in the open on the dock.

I needed a cheap vaccum, and I wanted one that was rechargeable like this one. There are higher end options, but I got this on sale, and it does a good job with smaller pickup jobs. This is for minor clean up jobs, if your home has a not of dust that needs to be vacuumed, then I'd recommend a bigger vacuum cleaner.

This is a great item. It was just what I needed. I was tired of dragging a big vacuum cleaner up and downstairs and I needed it for my upstairs permanently. It does a great job I would recommend it to anybody.

I was skeptical about the size. However it does the job and I also use it on my kitchen floor. Love the fact that it's not loud and does not frighten my 7 month old baby.

I really wanted to love this. I just moved to the Mojave desert and I need a lightweight vacuum to sweep up the daily inundation of sand in my house. Its great for that for sure! BUT the dog hair from my shorthaired dachshund mix kept getting caught in the beater bar and making it malfunction. A great product of you don’t have pets. Look elsewhere if you do.
