I am very picky on vacuums and have always gone high end. However, I wanted something less clunky for quick pickups. I am coming back for a 2nd one for my daughter and am so sad to see it is sold out. I hope they get more in!!

Excellect results and easy to store with folding handle

Worked while it lasted. It completely died after 1.5 years. It should have lasted longer since my small house is half wood floors. Only the handheld works now, which isnt helpful.

We have used it 5-6 times in the week we’ve had it. Twice for the car, once for crumbs on the couch, and 2-3 times on the actual floor. Love that the handle swivels down to make the needed storage space smaller. So far both my husband and I have been impressed by the cleaning ability.

I received this vacuum in December 2023. When it worked, it was a fantastic vacuum. However, after only a few uses, when I went to turn it on it would turn on for one second then turn off again. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps provided by the manufacturer. Nothing worked. Bissell then sent me a new vacuum under warranty which I went to use for the first time 2 days ago. I vacuumed my living room and then the same thing as before happened when I went to vacuum my bedroom. Turned on for one second then turned right back off. The same day I took it out of the box! Crazy! I spoke with Bissell and they said I should bring it to a service center. To expect me to waste my time and gas to bring a vacuum straight out of the box to a service center is wild. I will never buy from Bissell ever again.

Really does an amazing job with area rugs and hardwoods. It’s not going to pick up giant hairballs without clogging, but it’s not meant to replace a full size vacuum. For what it is though, this is the best of the best. Does a much nicer job than the cheap junk for sure.

bought it for my wife to pick up dog hair on kitchen and dining room floors and floor rug runners. She loves it. Light weight and great suction.

Dog fur and cat litter, this is a great little machine when you vacuum everyday.

I feel like this needs a little bit more power . It dosent suck really hard at all.

After having this product for several months I can say this this vacuum is nothing special. I like that it's cordless and if you have a small space its super convenient to have. The battery power does not last long and my biggest complaint is the suction power. It's literally weak. This product in my opinion should be no more than $50
