We've been in our apartment for two years now and this cheap carpet was starting to look ruff. Since I've used this Bissel product it looks a whole lot better. It really picked up a lot of dirt, and I love the fact it is small and compact perfect size for an apartment!

Easy to assemble and operate. A bit small and not very poerful. But light weight makes it possible to use more frequently. Did nice removind dirt and some stains. Good value when on sale. Overall, quite pleased.

We purchased this because we have a dog that sometimes has accidents on our rugs/carpeted areas in the house. Setup is a breeze, it is quite easy to use and cleans up well. You do have to clean the front piece after you are done using it which is a snap to take off and put back on. If you have a lot of carpet (think whole house carpeted) this might not be the best choice for you and you would be better picking one that has a much wider head as well as a water tank. Here in the desert most of the houses are tile so this is perfect for doing the bedrooms and rugs in the living room. The container that holds the solution and the water seemed small, but is enough to do 2 bedrooms with carpet, rug in the foyer, rug in our daughters playroom, rug in the living room, and the rug in our guest bedroom.

This is a good light weight carpet cleaner. My teens were able to use it themselves to clean up their own carpet. We had a stain on one carpet and we did a little pre-treating and that worked like a charm. I'm glad I didn't go with a bigger, heavier and bulky machine. I'm happy with my purchase.

It's a middle cleaner, between Bissell's Little Green and the large ProHeat. It's a good quick cleaner but it's not a replacement for the larger machines, which work far better. It's good for Trailers and small apartments where space is a problem.

This is a very nice light weight cleaner. It does a fair/good job leaning the carpet. Pulls the water out of the carpet pretty good. Would like brushes to do a little better, but for the price it's not bad. For light jobs only. Nothing big or deep cleaning.

This machine is perfect for the home. It cleans well and takes up little space with its lightweight design. Easy and quick for any carpet cleaning!

I wondered if purchasing a carpet cleaner would be worth the investment. I used it to clean older carpet of previous chemicals. Imagine my surprise the cleaner did a great job! (There were cigarette odors and tons of chemicals.) After several cleanings the odors have disappeared! Your money is well spent with the cleaner. The cost to rent a rug cleaner would have been much more than this purchase, to get this carpet cleaned! Customer service is responsive. By the way, the cleaner gets very close to the walls/edges, and lifts the flattest carpet. I added a little Essential Oil to the rinse to help neutralize the odors.

I used it right away and I love how it cleaned my carpet. I highly recommend this product for people who have pets. It does the job and I think the price is affordable

This cleaned works very well. It may take a couple of passes to completely clean an area, but I am satisfied with the results.

This is a great, no frills, carpet cleaner. it's not very wide so it easily fits in tight spots. There is great suction for collecting the dirt, and leaves the carpet almost dry when you're done.
