This carpet cleaner did an excellent job - far better than I expected. I cleaned my rugs three times and it continued to pull dirt from them. I will clean them a couple more times but will give myself a break first. The small sample bottle of cleaner did seven rugs (about 5x7 each) three times each. I have no reservations in recommending this unit. It is well worth the price and a far better deal than renting at the local store for one day and frantically trying to finish the job before closing time..

Only issue I have with this shampooer is the rear tank with the solution and water tends to unlock just enough off the back that causes the shampooer to not spray any solution. I have to click it back in place every few runs but other than that it cleans well!

Its a great little deep cleaner compared to a rug doctor. so far its doing the job, just have to be patient with it as the surface area it cleans at a time is small so if planning on cleaning a big room get ready to spend time doing it.

We only have two rooms in our house with carpet, this is a great machine for our use. Not sure it would do as well in a whole house situation. It's light, easy to use and a great price for a light-duty carpet cleaner

It does the job. Tricky at first, but once you read the instructions, its a very efficient vacuum

Very simple and lightweight cleaner that's easy to operate.

Works great on the rugs where the pets have had accidents.

Not good for large floor areas.. but nice for small areas

I was pleasantly pleased with this machine. I would agree that if you have larger areas, not for you. we have limited rug area now and this machine was just like pushing a vacuum cleaner. Easy to use, easy to clean up.

Cleans well but it is a bit heavy for transporting up and down stairs by elderly Mother.

Works really well. Scrubs and makes the carpet dry and clean as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

I honestly only needed this for touch ups and it does the trick. It is smaller so if you go over a big area it will take longer than with a standard size cleaner.

I love that this is so compact. It took me awhile to figure out how to get it to work, but once it did it was so easy to use. Good for cleaning 2 small rooms.

I have two small dogs and I use this once a month to just make sure my carpet is fresh. It's perfect for my apartment. Easy to use and works great.

Carpet cleaner doesn’t pack the power of the larger units but works well for the price and size of this unit.

I needed a lightweight carpet cleaner. This one works perfectly fine and for the price I'm definitely satisfied
