i had a bad stain on my carpet that couldn't be removed with household cleaners, so instead of renting a RUG DOCTOR, i chose to purchase this item...assembly was wicked easy and using this was a snap !
left my carpet good as new!

I used the product exactly how the directions directed, and it worked very well. However, when I finished the living room and went on to the next room, the unit started leaking profusely. As soon as I inserted the cleaning solution tank it immediately started to drain in a huge puddle from the sprayers onto the floor. Not impressed.

This was a pain in the butt to use. The bottle kept coming off unaligned with the machine so it wouldn't disperse the cleaning solution through the spray. I returned it and got my money back.

I am using this for the very first time. At the beginning , it was working great. But, when I was half done, it stopped sucking up any water. Now half the carpet is super wet. You get what you pay for. Don't get this unless you only want to use it once!
