I really like this one. Easy to use and to clean. Works very well. Lifesaver before company comes over to stay to give the hpuse a fresher feel.

My first shampoo/cleaner so can not compare it to any others. However my mother purchased the H... brand and it broke after only few uses. I have had mine almost a year and use it pretty regularly and has not disappointed. My only gripe is better instructions. Took several uses to figure out to get the steamer working, To heat up water for steamer use, you will need to step on release button and pull handle backward in a working position and wait for few seconds. If left in upright it will not heat.

Best carpet cleaner I’ve owned! This gets up all the nasty set in stains on our carpet and they stay looking and feeling nice. The steam really helps with removing stains and sanitizing.

I love everything about the steam setting really help the stains come out of the carpet and its very easy to use. Also love how kuch water fits so you don’t constantly have to empy the dirty water catcher.

All you need to know if this thing has serious suction. Really does dry quickly and cleans extrenely well. Totally worth it if you've got pets with frequent accidents.

Quick shipping. Easy setup. A little difficult to figure out that the handle should be released to change modes, but it works great. Easy to clean as well. I am happy with this purchase.

Finally, a steam producing machine for horrific carpet stains! Works to lift older stains as well! Absolutely love that all my attachments from previous Bissle purchases fit the hose.

This is supposed to be the deepest clean. It is not. It is only good for surface stains. To get this to do a better job, I have to put my foot on the front of it. Otherwise, it leaves pet urine and lots of water behind. It spat a ton of water onto my linoleum. If the suction power is even a 10th of what my shop vac can do for water, it should have sucked it right up. It didn't. I can't recommend something that can't suck water up from a bare floor. That's rediculous. My regular bissel sweeper has 10 times the suction power that this does, with far less HP, and half the cost. It also doesn't suck up any of the pet hair. It just pukes it up in large chunks whenever its beater bars get too full. The only thing about it was that it's easy to use. I'll give it that. But as far as quality, I paid nearly 400 for this useless device. It might as well be called a $400 garden hose for the terrible job it does sucking the water back up again.

It does a decent enough job of cleaning, but the water tank is too small. I have a small living room and have to fill the tank twice when cleaning. Mixing the solution right in the water tank is a clever solution, however, this process uses nearly a full bottle of special cleaning solution at a cost of $24 per when doing very little area--small living room, hallway, one bedroom and stairs. If I didn't need this due to two elderly dogs with bladder control issues, I would do the math and rent a machine a few times a year.

Does everything it says it will! Ive bought a few carpet cleaners in the past but nothing has ever done what this one has! Highly recommended!
