    I bought this thinking that it would be easier for large areas instead of getting on the floor and using my handheld one. I saw a review saying it wasn't heavy, but it is so heavy. When you fill the canister with water it is very hard to push. The worst part was that it got the carpet extremely wet and although it has a drying option, it didn't dry well. I went over and over it but it stayed wet for hours. I had to use a towel plus I went over it with my hand held one to dry it. I also wasn't impressed with the Steam feature which was the whole reason I bought it. So back it went within 24 hours.

    Don’t know what is wrong with Bissel but this is the 2nd one we purchased that didn’t work. I would never purchase Bissel if there was a choice! Luckily my son in law is a surgeon with a mechanical background. We disabled the top and discovered it was not assembled correctly therefore no suction. Once it was reassembled it works great! Bissel needs to stop manufacturing in China!
