The primary compliant is that the unit does NOT recover water well - at all. The unit puts way more water into the carpets than it sucks back up. I have two different density and length carpets and they both end up with really soggy after running the unit, no matter how long or slow I run the suction function. I end up having to put towels down to soak up the water and my carpet stays wet for two days. Since it doesn't recover water, I end up spreading pet mistakes versus cleaning them. This is a very expensive unit, and is by far the worse I've owned.

It’s easy to use and it leaves the carpet clean. After spending money renting a carpet cleaner I’m glad I bought this one. I have cats and dogs and sometimes they have accidents. This machine removes the stains and the smell.

This was an amazing purchase. We have reneted carpet cleaners before. This takes the place and is always ready. I feel it did better than another brand we used to own. I love the pretreatment and steam setting.

They allowed me to swap it out without issue. Replacement Bissell works perfectly. Thank you Best Buy for working with me to replace a defective unit out of box.
