    This carpet cleaner is amazing. It’s easy to use and it leaves the carpet clean. After spending money renting a carpet cleaner I’m glad I bought this one. I have cats and dogs and sometimes they have accidents. This machine removes the stains and the smell.

    We bought this right after getting a new puppy. This was an amazing purchase. We have reneted carpet cleaners before. This takes the place and is always ready. I feel it did better than another brand we used to own. I love the pretreatment and steam setting.

    Instead of burying it in fine print, Bissell needs to be upfront about its hose attachment and tools lacking steam. The upholstery tool only gives you the option to spray and vacuum, or just vacuum. THERE IS NO STEAM. Neither wet or dry vacuum on the attachment sucks anything up. And the main brush keeps spinning the entire time you're using the hose attachment. It is loud and pointless and will damage whatever surface the machine is sitting on. This machine left my furniture soaking wet and still dirty. Incredibly poor, deeply disappointing design. I regret buying it and wish I could return it.

    The 1st Bissell cleaner did t suck up water. Took it back to Best Buy. They allowed me to swap it out without issue. Replacement Bissell works perfectly. Thank you Best Buy for working with me to replace a defective unit out of box.

    Has the best vaule. Ive returned at least 3 different ones from other brands. This one has been the cleanest and fastest i have ever used
