Instead of burying it in fine print, Bissell needs to be upfront about its hose attachment and tools lacking steam. The upholstery tool only gives you the option to spray and vacuum, or just vacuum. THERE IS NO STEAM. Neither wet or dry vacuum on the attachment sucks anything up. And the main brush keeps spinning the entire time you're using the hose attachment. It is loud and pointless and will damage whatever surface the machine is sitting on. This machine left my furniture soaking wet and still dirty. Incredibly poor, deeply disappointing design. I regret buying it and wish I could return it.

For a carpet cleaning machine it is very compact. It is powerful and well worth buying.

Best steam cleaner I've owned. Maybe a bit on the heavy side. But in my mind that's not necessarily a bad thing. Clean up is easy. The wife hasn't even tried to take all the screws out to clean it.....yet!! Lol

It is a great vacuum cleaner. Although after a while we decided to change it for its miniature version, since we don't need to vacuum like this all the time. It does its job and leaves everything clean.

I think this was the best carpet cleaner machine I have ever purchased. Having 3 dogs I am always going through machines . This one is build to last a long time

Bissell steam vacuum good product if you have pets and need to keep carpets cleans, first time used got job dobe just a long process.

So far the best carpet cleaner I’ve used, cleans so fast in 1 or 2 passes, well worth the money spent.

Excellent machine. A big improvement from the last one. Ee hsve had 2 of the previous models and this one by far is better. The different options thst you can change from the handles is great. The steam options is great. Better suction than previous model. Feels quality made.

Works great but I do wish it had a power brush with the hand held option…

The Bissell-Revolution Hydrosteam replaced my older model Bissell carpet cleaner. I enjoy the deep cleaner features that my previous model didn't have.

Looks exactly like what I need. I've been to ill to use it, but I took it out of the box and went over the instructions. Going to use it soon I hope.

Excellent steam cleaner. We have a puppy and he had a lot of accidents. Carpets look great after use.

Live that it does multiple services. Was the main purchase for this. Bonus that it had a attached to use for couches and cars even though box doesnt show it

Great for removing pet accidents and odor. I just wish it came with a larger solution bottle as a start up. The solution only took care of a small area.

Nice machine cleaned carpet really good and stairs. Steam is a little slow but takes time to get use to. Worked as needed,
