    I have had this machine for less than 6 months. It worked well and I used it a handful of times. A belt has broken that makes it unusable. Bissell doesn't have the belt in stock, it is on back order and has been for several weeks. I have tried other similar belts, but nothing else fits. So now I have a $450 paper weight.
