Watch out for dirty water backing up.

Suction seems good. Steam could be better; stronger. One problem; before it gets to the fill line on the dirty water, if it hits the sensor, it will throw dirty water back out. Gross. Good thing I was on the floor and not on the carpet when it happened.

Don't do it!

When I tried to return it, Best Buy said i needed to contact Bissell. Talk about terrible customer service! The machine is still not working and I'm still fighting with them to get it fixed. I paid for it and it's NEVER worked right! Don't buy it!

During the first use, I was impressed. The second use it started making an unbearable squeal. When I say unbearable, think, "Squadron of Banshees escaping from the lungs of Hell." Sooo unbearable. I would love to know if this is a known issue with this machine as the details are light. Most of the negative reviews seem like worthless ranting with no details.

I purchased and stopped working within a month. I reached out Bissell’s customer service center since Best Buy wouldn’t return (which is just ridiculous in less than a month after purchase of an almost $400 appliance). The customer service person I spoke to (Stephanie I’m looking at you) was the rudest customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. She sent me to an “authorized service center” that was closed permanently. I called back and received a gentleman who was much nicer and helpful. He sent a “one time” replacement, which is also defective. (Sent a wrong part for different model). Hopefully third time is a charm. I will NEVER purchase anything from Bissell or Best Buy again. I’m so disgusted with this horrible experience and lack of customer service on both companies.
