Pretty heavy, poor suction when using hose. I ended up using a broom to sweep up rest of dogfood and pine needles.

It is ok, steam is almost non existent though, so I would stay with the cheaper machine

I really don't understand how this recieved so many positive ratings. It has poor suction, doesnt create a significant amount of steam, and does not clean well. It just looks luxury. I prefer the Proheat 2X Revolution pet pro. Its 100 times better quality and price.

Bissell makes the worst products for carpet cleaners. We have gone through 4 of their machines (with warranty claims) within the last 6 years. We have a short haired dog who barely sheds. We like to carpet clean every other month. How is it that every machine breaks? This time it’s not even squirting the water out. We bought this machine back in March of 2024. It’s now December and already needs replaced. Their customer service and warranty department absolutely sucks. Please save yourself the hassle and money, and go with a different brand. Take this as a warning or just take out $300 and light it on fire.

This product actually ruined our couch. I gave it multiple chances to use it on different surfaces, and it just didn't perform to where I'm like it is worth the price.

Sucks. Not very well either. I'm going back to the SHARK. I do NOT know WHY I purchased this yucky brand and model.... Maybe cuz the dog thing they claim. I AM FOREVER STICKING WITH SHARK!

Roller motor died after 3 uses in 8 months. Worked nice up until that... Now repair will take at least a couple of weeks.

Couldnt get to use it because it kept powering down on me immediately when I plugged it in.

Used twice and beater bar stopeed beating, Called Bissell gentalman was kind and walked me through the steps of taking the beater bar off where we found the belts had been broken, the steamer is less then 6 months old used twice for a large carpet in the living room the gentleman sold me two new belts that will arrive in 7 to 10 days , no I shouldn't be replacing belts this soon on a new machine and If I had to the belts should have been overnighted for free. Will not buy any more Bissell products after this I am a Kenmore guy and never had to change a belt on pone of my new Kenmore's less then 6 months old.

Before I could clean the first time it broke. Tried filling up the water container and noticed the counter was wet. The seals at the bottom of the container were not done correctly and it wouldn’t hold any water. That’s a basic quality issue. Now of course best buy needs me to disassemble and take it back to the store to exchange for the bext one to potentially be the same. This might be my last Bissell product purchase.

Well I was wrongly guided, I needed a vaccum cleaner, while this turned out to be steamer and stain remover. I tried to use it as stain remover and steamer but Its useless completely. Most importantly its too heavy..

Leaked, spilling during dump detachment. Horrible product out the box

My previous Bissell cleaned much better. This one goes through water so quickly it needs to be refilled frequently.
