This carpet cleaner works very well and I have owned several. The dual brush head is legit and it has good ergonomics. Three things I will say about it, first you need to use hot water (max of 140F) to get good steam production. I tried with regular room temp water and was umderwhelmed with the steam action. However, when using hot water it produced a good amount of steam and really boosted the cleaning power. Second, be prepared to use a ton of water and cleaner, it blows through that tank but for deep cleaning that’s what you need. Lastly, the “quick dry” is only a quick dry because it hardly uses any water, so based on what I saw didn’t clean that well in that mode. It would probably be fine for inbetween deep cleans though, but not for a spill/mess or to “clean” your carpet if its been a while. Overall very happy with it, works way better than the big red rug doctor or the power pet version as I owned both. One big drawback I wish they would address is the hose attachment, it doesn’t produce steam. Really $400 and you cant add a steam line that plugs in like on the portable hydrosteam? Anyways, if you clean upholstery as much as the carpet keep that in mind. It does work for upholstery but not as good as the portable hydrosteam.

I honestly don't know how we managed before we purchased this thing. We have two messy dogs and a cat, plenty of guests walking in and out (including some young kids) and this thing has been a life saver--from muddy paw prints to varying degrees of bodily fluids. I recommend doing some research before buying to decide what's right for you, including how to best work these things so you're cleaning your carpets properly to avoid buildup and ligering scents, but this was certainly right for us. It's not hard to use, just maybe a bit of a learning curve and could be a little heavy for some. Otherwise overall, I have and will continue to recommend, as we've more than gotten our money's worth for this thing.

The only carpet cleaner/steam cleaner you will ever need or want. This carpet cleaner is hands down the best ive ever used. It got stains out that other carpet cleaners did nothing for. It's also quieter than other cleaners as well and the clean up is so easy.

Has your dog just shat all over your house from raging diarrhea that you have no idea how he got?? Well look no further. This is the carpet cleaner for you!! At the ripe time of 5 am my dog got sick all over my new carpet. Pulled out my old bissell and turns out it didnt work. Greaatttt. Now its around 830 bring my butt to best buy and buy this thing. Come back and my house smells like a humane society kennel. This pulled up the stains and smell within minutes. 4 hours of smell in my carpet was gone. Thank you baby jesus. Ive owened many carpet cleaners before all bissell and when i tell this is the EASIEST thing to clean im not even joking. Its worth the price in my opinion. Plus putting the water in the resivior was the easiest task along with dumping the other. Plus those are easy to clean as well. It does a great job with getting/ pulling the water out of the carpet as well. The nice thing is that it also has brushes in it and steam. Where as the others usuallt just have one line of hair/brush. This one looks like a vacuum head. I say if you dont buy this.. youll get mad you bought a diff one.

I have dogs which means I need a working carpet scrubber at all times. Mine had broke and I decided to spend more on a new one than I had in the past. It was definitely worth the money. This full-size carpet scrubber does an amazing job getting pet stains out of my carpeting. It definitely does a better job getting dirt in general out compared to my old one It is heavy, but I prefer a heavier carpet scrubber because a fuel that they do a better job especially when you’re trying to get stains out of carpeting I’m very happy with this purchase! I like that has different settings for specifically what you’re looking to do if you need to pre-treat or if you just need to suck up extra water, this gives you all of those options which I’ve never had on a carpet scrubber in the past

My only complaint would be for the price tag, it should not get clogged up so easily. I have a 4 month siberian husky who is already shedding. When he has accidents in the house, the machine does an excellent job of cleaning the mess up. Just wish it dealt with hair better.

Best carpet cleaner I’ve experienced so far. Outperforms the Shark and Hoover. Deep cleans with minimal effort which includes steam. Attachments for furniture are easy to use. Large water reservoir and east breakdown for cleaning. Best bang for your buck!

Cleans well but lacks flexibility. Cleaning could be stronger

I love my Revolution HydroSteam! It even removed a carpet stain that a well-known cleaning company couldn't remove, It is easy to operate and especially with my 2 little ones around helping. I have used it in every room in our home.

Works amazing truly however, the water refill is to often and adds more time to shampooing and kind of annoying how when in steam mode you have to constantly refill the water and it is heavier than other varpet cleaners but overall it does a great job.

You cannot steam with the external hose. What's the point of having a "dual" cleaning system when the hose does not spray and does not have steam to break apart stained areas on a couch? This is our 8th Bisell machine; needless to say, they have ALL been a D+ pricey machine. Bissell needs to enroll women with children who spill things on furniture or women with huskies in their engineering team; this was poorly designed and I can see your quality testers did not think of steaming the stains with the exterior hose. I can't run the giant vaccum on top of the couch! What's the point of an external hose if it doesn't do the job we need?

Works great! It got out stains that had been in the carpet for months! Super easy to use! Great investment for those who have carpet with kids and pups.

Hands down the best carpet cleaner I've used thus far. Next step up would be commercial. It's feels a bit heavy then what I am use to with other brands but this thing is built like a tank. Not to mention super easy to clean after each use.

I had Stanley Steemer out about 2 monthsa ago and they did my whole house but left many stains still to be desired. This at home option works amazing, cleans stain beyond my expectations and is easy to operate and maintain
