Great product. Works as advertised. One major drawback is its tanks. Both tanks are much too small. Must stop at least every ten minutes to either empty one tank or refill the other. Also, if you are small or weak, this isn't for you. It does feel heavy after using it for an hour. This is not a drawback, just a function of a larger shampooer.

This is the best carpet cleaner i have ever gotten! Its bigger than most home cleaners and really pulls the deepest stains out! Best part of it is the pre-steam function, it preps your carpet and losens up the hard to get stains and smells and makes them easier to get instead of using tons of water and going over it multiple times like other machines.

I really want to like this, it's nice looking, feature full and has everythign a pet owner could want. However less than 1 year mine started having a very loud whistling / air leak sound coming from under the dump basket. It seems to be a seal leak so I just took it back to best buy and swapped it for a new one to give it another chance. Im hoping I just had a bad unit but with the Best Buy Total Tech I am not as concerned because I can swap out as needed. Let's hope this second unit lasts longer than year. Also it could have better suction... it seems to leave too much water in the carpet without numerous passes to clean it up

I dont really have much bad to say about this cleaner. It has cleaned the heck out if everything i ahve thrown at it so far. Operation is pretty darn easy, inclusing empyting and refilling the tanks.

The carpet cleaner was so easy to assemble, steam function pulled pupper accidents out of the carpet with ease. I thought my carpetd ertr shot. They looks like new again!

This is the best cleaner i have ever used! It is very easy to use and clean afterwards. I love the steam option and this is very good on stains. I highly recommend this for pet owners!

Way better than the Bissel 2x revolution PetPro that i had previously. This thing cleans so much better and i do feel like the "steam" feature heats up the water for better cleaning.

I’ve used many kinds of carpet cleaning vacuums over the years and this is by far the best and most impressive one. I had the unfortunate experience of finding my child had hidden food under the bed and I thought our carpet was ruined. In one use, this vacuum cleaned and cleared the stain! I was not incentivized to submit a review, I just want to let any other person out there like me, wrestling with choosing a carpet cleaning vacuum that this is the one!

After owning the ProHeat 2x Pet Pro for a few years, this updated model is definitely a step up in almost every department. The steam option is definitely the stand out, as it gets carpets cleaner faster. What I didnt expect is the other changes made: It is quieter than the pet pro, redesign clean and waste water bins make it easier to fill and empty, and it feels more balanced when using the lift handle. It takes design cues from some of the newer products, using a simple power and option button. Definitely surprised me!

Amazing carpet cleaner. Works better the anyone I had before. The steam is what makes it really get deep into the carpets.

If you are looking for a really fantastic carpet cleaner there is no reason to look any further. My wife and I just added two pups to our family and they are very active inside and out. We originally were just going to have our carpets cleaned but we thought we would check out buying a cleaner that we would own so we could use it anytime we needed to clean our carpets. I did a ton of research and the Bissell cleaner to me was the best hands down! I promise that you will be happy if you buy this cleaner.

Money well spent. Did an awesome job on my carpets. Easy to use. I love that I can clean the brush area so I doesn’t get grimy and smelly.
