This is a very powerful shampooer. The heat function makes getting at the dirty loose so much better and it gets deep and gets all that dirt out.

I can tell you from what I've used it on, huge difference. I used it on a large area rug and the results were tremendous. The amount of dirt you can see in the water tank from the passes you make after putting down just a small amount of formula lets you know how well this machine works.

This is an excellent steamer. Made a 22 year old carpet look almost brand new. Very easy to use.

Robust, heavy and a cleaning power house. Large mass if you have problems moving about 25-30 lbs with one arm not recommended.

The gasket for the dirty water tank is really dramatic - even on the first time using it, it didn't make a perfect seal causing an ear piercing high pitched squeak so you have to play with it a lot to get the squealing to stop. I tried calling Bissell for assistance and they told me I had to pay for a box and shipping for maintenance on a brand new machine. You have to put your foot on the front of the machine for it to be able to suck up all the water

Works very good. Would recommend this product to any one that is looking for good cleaning.

This carpet cleaner is alright. I love the steam function BUT I do not like how much water it leaves on the floor. You can fill the tank with water and then clean your carpet and you might get half of the water back into the machine. I was expecting stronger suction. Other that that it’s solid.

Cleans well but lacks flexibility. Cleaning could be stronger

I’m not thoroughly impressed with this machine. The tanks are not very large. I started using it in my 12ft x 17ft living room and I had to refill the tank at least 4 times. The suction isn’t the greatest either. It took at least 24 hours for the carpet to dry. As for the heat function, I don’t feel like it increased the water temperature like it claims to do. The steam function works, but it doesn’t produce steam the way I thought it would. If you’re going to spend $400 on a machine, get the Bissell Big Green. It does a better job, has larger tanks, and has stronger suction. This machine is more of a glorified spot remover. On a positive note, the machine is somewhat easy to clean after you use it.

We have lots of pets and so a carpet cleaner was needed. This thing really does a nice job cleaning tough stains and removing the smell of urine

This product is awesome we have 5 little dogs that run our house this product cleans up all there hair with no issues

Bought this carpet shampooer to help get rid of stains on my carpet due to having dogs and kids. does a phenomenal job, and is great quality. My only issue is when it comes to dog hair it leaves streaks on dog hair and doesn’t really pick it up.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient steam vaccum.

It really did a good job with cleaning the carpet. It does leave a lot of water in carpet so plan on a while before it dries. I would recommend the less water setting. Steam is a nice feature but when doing area rugs it doesn’t work that well.

THIS is the BEST carpet cleaner I have EVER purchased in my "over" 50 years of living and being a mom to my kids and fur kids. I cannot brag on how easy this machine is to use, clean, and GO again!
