It does leave a lot of water in carpet so plan on a while before it dries. I would recommend the less water setting. Steam is a nice feature but when doing area rugs it doesn’t work that well.

This machine is sturdy, smooth, easy to use, clean, and powerful. Doesn't feel cheap at all. Hope to get more than a couple years out of it. If you're looking at this review, chances are that you're thinking about it. Do it. You'll see.

I've purchased so many various carpet cleaners in my life raising my three children, but this one!!! THIS is the BEST carpet cleaner I have EVER purchased in my "over" 50 years of living and being a mom to my kids and fur kids. I cannot brag on how easy this machine is to use, clean, and GO again! Love, love, love it!

I do alot of research before i buy household appliances and this one checked every box. Very easy to clean after and removed husky hair stuck in our carpet better than the store rentals.

I love that they’ve finally made the brush area easy to clean. The front cover pops right off and you can easily clean the brushes and rinse it off and pop it back on. Great amount of suction and is extremely easy to use.

I have an older dog that has accidents, and a year old puppy that's still mastering house training - so this steam cleaner is a MUST HAVE!! The steam feature does cause you to have to refill the supply more often, but well worth it. I've been using Bissell products for years, and this is their most impressive yet!
