Love, love, love the steam feature!! I have an older dog that has accidents, and a year old puppy that's still mastering house training - so this steam cleaner is a MUST HAVE!! The steam feature does cause you to have to refill the supply more often, but well worth it. I've been using Bissell products for years, and this is their most impressive yet!

I’m not thoroughly impressed with this machine. The tanks are not very large. I started using it in my 12ft x 17ft living room and I had to refill the tank at least 4 times. The suction isn’t the greatest either. It took at least 24 hours for the carpet to dry. As for the heat function, I don’t feel like it increased the water temperature like it claims to do. The steam function works, but it doesn’t produce steam the way I thought it would. If you’re going to spend $400 on a machine, get the Bissell Big Green. It does a better job, has larger tanks, and has stronger suction. This machine is more of a glorified spot remover. On a positive note, the machine is somewhat easy to clean after you use it.

Does a great job on carpet and tiles! I love that they’ve finally made the brush area easy to clean. The front cover pops right off and you can easily clean the brushes and rinse it off and pop it back on. Great amount of suction and is extremely easy to use.

Is perfect for my cats and dogs, it steams very good and removes smells

Very high quality machine that cleans like no other. I do alot of research before i buy household appliances and this one checked every box. Very easy to clean after and removed husky hair stuck in our carpet better than the store rentals.

This thing is amazing. The first thing we did with it was clean a couch that had been in our basement while it was under construction, and it was full of sawdust and sheet rock dust, and it made it look brand new again. I’ve also used it on some very very dirty rugs that we did not realize we’re even that dirty until we got this bad boy.

The gasket for the dirty water tank is really dramatic - even on the first time using it, it didn't make a perfect seal causing an ear piercing high pitched squeak so you have to play with it a lot to get the squealing to stop. I tried calling Bissell for assistance and they told me I had to pay for a box and shipping for maintenance on a brand new machine. You have to put your foot on the front of the machine for it to be able to suck up all the water

We have lots of pets and so a carpet cleaner was needed. This thing really does a nice job cleaning tough stains and removing the smell of urine

Favorite purchase of 2025. Really gets the job done. No more carpet companies

This product is awesome we have 5 little dogs that run our house this product cleans up all there hair with no issues

Its an amazing machine. Worked well on carpet. Unfortunately I had to return because the upholstery attachment was not working. I returned it to store and waiting for new one to be shipped.

Love the tank size as i can do a large room with only one tank! The steam feature realllly helps when our dog has an accident

The Bissel Revolution Hydrosteam Pet does a great job at keeping my pets clean. Especially my Siberian Husky. We all know that it's hard to get to that under coat on a husky. On serious note it does a good job at cleaning carpets and it's easy to use.

This unit is superb! The power and the accessories are perfect for that deep clean for carpets. We have even used it in our couches and have left them super clean. Easy to use tools and easy to keep it clean.
