Mode selection wasn't very clear in the the instructions and the first time I used it it took a very long time to warm up for seemingly no reason. Gets the carpets really clean though

I have to say this steamer is amazing! I thought i loved my hoover until i got this steamer. My 10 year old carpets have never looked this good!

Decidied to upgrade, and this thing is lightyears bettet than our old Bissell machine. This thing worked so well right out of the gate, it was like we had replaced the carpet.

My carpet didn't end up soaked with cleaning fluid and it cleaned up old pet stains on the first pass. Wonderful machine, a must if you have pets
