Amazingly clean carpet. I am very particular about keeping clean carpet. This machine beat my expectations. It hands down clean better than my 8yr ol bissell. I love the features, it empties a little quick but cleans Amazingly.. pricey but worth it

I really like this deep cleaner. I have pets and sometimes they mess and the Bissell takes care of it and I am very satisfied with the results.

I have to say it dies pull out A LOT of dirt and such from whatever you're cleaning. However, while using the attachment, water pours out of the bottom and creates a puddle and not to mention wastes a good portion of the solution. We returned the 1st thinking it was just a fluke but the replacement did the same. Must be a design flaw, would be a great product if fixed.

Absolutely love this steamer. I was sceptical and had little actual hope of a home steamer being worth its cost. For the first time ever i can say its worth 10x the money.

The best shampoo cleaner that I’ve ever had or used I love the air dry setting back at the house steam is really nice and it lets you go for a long period of time without having to clean out the fill bucket

I have used several carpet cleaners and this one blows them all away. The steam setting really helps clean the stains away on the first pass in most cases

Purchased this steamer when my hoover smartwash broke. I have to say this steamer is amazing! I thought i loved my hoover until i got this steamer. My 10 year old carpets have never looked this good!

Great product overall. Mode selection wasn't very clear in the the instructions and the first time I used it it took a very long time to warm up for seemingly no reason. Gets the carpets really clean though

This is an amazing vacuum it cleaned my carpets better than a rug doctor and I can really feel the hot water when we are cleaning

this bissell really does clean up pet stains! My carpet didn't end up soaked with cleaning fluid and it cleaned up old pet stains on the first pass. Wonderful machine, a must if you have pets

We love this deep cleaner. We have pets and unfortunately that means little messes. This cleaner tackles those messes with gusto! We love it!

We use our carpet cleaner frequently, since we have 4 dogs. Decidied to upgrade, and this thing is lightyears bettet than our old Bissell machine. This thing worked so well right out of the gate, it was like we had replaced the carpet.
