Customers value the SpinWave Cordless Powered Mop's ease of use and cleaning performance, frequently praising its lightweight design and cordless convenience. However, some users express concerns regarding the battery life and the durability of the cleaning pads. A few also mention that the motor could be more powerful for thorough cleaning on all floor types. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and cleaning outweighs the negative comments on other features.

Mom Loves this

Now before anyone goes all politically correct...hear me out. purchased this for my mom before Christmas. She has tile an laminate hardwood. Now she was tired of using mops an dragging the bucket around etc....plus with my oldest brother being disabled she was looking for ways he could help out around the house...well this works fantastic for him. Very easy to use. Only issue I do have is the battery. If you have large floors or a lot of tile or hardwood around the house you might want to get one that plugs in. I cant say this part enough though....DO NOT USE any other product other then the Bissell cleaner. It really will destroy the jet in this or clog it up (already discovered this with my mom using the wrong stuff)

I love it. Smaller house so I can get about three uses between charges, and it only takes the evening to recharge. I like how easy it is to use, and while it's not a deep scrub it does leave my floors looking nice! And the pads wash up just fine in the laundry. I very much recommend this. It's a touch pricey but I think worth it.

Don’t know why I didn’t purchase this a long time ago. So easy and convenient. Prefer 100% over a regular mop. And cleans so much better than mop of swiffer.

This mopper is fantastic, works well I have stone tiles flooring. Just the batter last 20 min tops takes about 4 hours to recharge again. So that enough to do the downstairs so I bought a second one for upstairs that works.

Spin Mop

Love the idea of an electric mop, but in theory it’s not the best idea for me personally.
As a busy multiple pet owner I loved the idea of this product.
But it’s ALMOST as cumbersome as pulling out my spin mop & bucket.
Almost.
It’s very easy to set up and use, my only problem was it took a little bit of time to get comfortable with the direction. The spin mop would flow in naturally.
Also, I didn’t like that I was not able to apply my own “elbow grease” where needed, and when needed
I had to go back on my own to do touchups
Honestly, for me, personally, I found that I was able to thoroughly mop quickly, using my normal mop versus this electronic, spinning mop
But for somebody who might have different physical issues, this could come in beautifully handy, and it would help if you are physically, not able to do the exercise that comes associated with heavy duty mopping.
It also helps for spot cleaning, cleaning small areas, quickly, etc.
Even though this was not something that I personally prefer, I’m still generous with the overall rating, because I do see the potential, and I did not completely dislike the machine.

The Bissell Spin Wave Cordless Power Mop has been a great addition to our home! Finally, I can easily clean the floors without a ton of fuss. It does a good job of cleaning up messes, but does leave streaks no matter if you use the cleaning solution they make or try something better suited to your floors. I've had better luck eliminate streaks when using a dry mop immediately after mopping, but it doesn't prevent 100% of streaks. It doesn't do well in corners either, but it does try its best. The charge time is fine, as long as you're not trying to mop an entire house.

Been happy with the Spinwave, which is essentially a lightweight version of the industrial floor polisher, but for wet mopping instead of waxing. My 100 year old floors get so clean they feel clean, and that’s been hard to achieve. One thing - you must be very careful to pause the motor immediately if either disc encounters an obstruction - like a tangling power cord, carpet, anything that stops the motion. The disc fitting will strip immediately and you will have to order a new disc. I realize this is necessary, because if the discs had a metal fitting where they wouldn’t strip, you’d burn up your motor instead. Now I keep spares on hand, but they’re about 11 bucks each so take care. Very happy with the product, though!

I really love this cordless mop! The first time I used it, it seemed a little hard to control, but after that it really was pretty easy to maneuver. I love that the mop pads gets close to the wall and really clean under my kitchen cabinets. The pads are easy to clean, I wash them with a bit of detergent, rinse and hang to dry. The battery life for me is good. I don't clean all my floors at one time, but doing two or three rooms is no problem. I have 3 cats and a dog, so my floors can get pretty dirty. If there are sticky spots I spray a little cleaner on the floor then go over it with the mop and it comes clean. Would definitely recommend this!!!

Best Mop Ever, Requires very little

This mop is amazing! So different than anything else I seen out there! This is not a steam mop, so it can be used on ANY FLOORS. It is the next best thing to hands and knees! The 2 huge microfiber pads touch (so it doesn't miss spots) they spin and clean the floor. I spray my pads off after use and I was impressed by the amount of dirt, and dog hair it had trapped in! The mop moves itself, all you do is guide it where it needs to go! It requires absolutely no effort! This would be the best mop for someone with physical limitations (especially shoulder issues) Only negative is the cordless battery life is short. Only lasts 2-3 rooms depending on size, but they offer a cord version for cheaper!

A must own for people with young children. We have wood floors and tile, and I can cover the whole area on one battery charge with this. Simple to use and very effective. The pads are very easy to clean by just tossing them into the washing machine. The cleaner solution sprays out in a well-focused path in front of the pads when you are running. Great buy.

I purchased this cordless mop on a whim because I have children and a dog and was tired of having to fill a bucket up with water each day. I contemplated getting a robot mop but I couldn’t justify the cost. The spinwave is a dream. It’s easy to mop and I just pop the pads into the washer when I’m down. As far as the mopping solution goes, it last a long time. A little goes a long way and my floors look like new. I love how you don’t need to scrub stuck on mud or food. You just place it over the area for a few seconds and BAM! Gone.

The first floor of my house is almost exclusively hardwood and the the basement level is exclusively tile. I wanted something I could use on both. Overall, I think the machine does a decent job. I appreciate the spin function so you don't have to put much pressure on the machine at all- you just gentle guide it and it goes. I will say the machine is not great at getting some of the dirt off the tile though (we live in PNW and have a dog, so its wet and muddy in the winter). But seems to work well on minor/ new spills.

Very easy to assemble and maneuver. Cleans floors well, dries quickly and doesn’t leave a residue. Floors are spotless and clean without any tackiness! Full battery holds well enough to mop my entire home (about 1,200 sq ft). Would recommend! Makes a great gift for family, especially families with little ones! Note: don’t forget to charge before you plan to use. Spin power is very fast so be careful around cords and any other types of string such as decor (tassels), etc.

We like it so far. It cleans our hardwood and tile floors well. It’s easy to use I just wish the battery lasted longer so if you plan on using it for longer than 20-30mins I’d get the corded version.

I really like this tool, it provides an easy way to clean tile and hardwood/vinyl flooring. It can be a little heavy, but otherwise I find it useful and I love that this is cordless so it is so much less of a hassle to navigate around furniture too.

I gave this product 4 stars because it is a great mop, cleans very well, and you can order different kinds of mop heads easily. I’ve used the Bissell cleaning solution but also others. I didn’t give this product 5 stars because it really doesn’t run that long - will be completely dead within 30 minutes. In my house, with two levels of all hardwood, this is just not enough time so I have to stop and charge it for hours before I can finish. I still think this is a great mop - way better than a swiffer or hand mop - and would get 5 stars from someone that only has a couple of rooms to clean at a time.
