This is a great product for cleaning. I just like it

In my condo, the hood is not connect to the outside resulting in sticky floors from kitchen grease. Although it did not completely clean away the oily film, it helped a great deal. The only alternative would be to clean on hands and knees, which is back breaking and extremely slow.

It cleans like i wanted it to. The biggest gripe i have it is hard to handle. It bounces off of the side of room size rugs, walls, etc. while cleaning the hard surface floors. I had a shark before but it broke and they do not make them anymore.I was very happy with the price as it was on an in-store sale.

I normally use a standard mop and bucket. I have used a power scrubber with rotating brushes and a soiled water vacuum built in. I also use a single head spot mop with disposable microfiber pads. It works for small quick clean ups, not weekly cleaning. The Bissell power scrubber mop did a good job cleaning my kitchen ceramic tile floor which joins the powder room and front home entrance. To be fair I used my power scrubber twice. My first impression was it was very easy to maneuver, love the long cord (wraps like a vacuum) and the easy fill spray bottle. The water fill lines make filling the soap/water mix straight forward. I can clean the whole area(200-SF) with the 1st fill line. The soap smells great and does a good job cleaning. Quiet and light. The scrubbing pads are easy to remove and wash in the washing machine, soap[ water, no softener. I look forward to using the polishing cleaning pads on my new dinning room wood floors. Like most mops and sponge heads,. the cabinet corners sill need to be done by hand.

Not recommended for dustu or dirty floors. Not for kitchen floors. Just a fancy way of cleaning and spreading floor shiner or cleaner. I prefer the conventional mop as that soaks and removes dust and dirt.

The SpinWave powered hard floor mop is a handy device to have around if you want to a go beyond simple mopping. Two large counter rotating heads do more than just wipe down the floor, They scrub it and will get it cleaner than a mop alone. Arguably cleaner even than a steam mop. It's well designed, Very easy to assemble (just click the two handle pieces together) and very lightweight. The cleaning solution bottle pops off with a small pull and clicks back in just as easy once you mix the cleaner (two bottles of concentrate included) with water. The power mop stands up on its own with the handle is in up and locked position, a plus. But the power cord is a bit on the short side so be prepared to unplug and move it whatever room you are cleaning. You get two different scrub pads. An all-soft one for wood floors, and a second set with more heavy duty scrubbers for tile and laminate. Just two buttons, power and spray, are the only controls and are easy to reach at the top of the handle. Once you you hit the power switch (prepare to be amazed at how quiet it is) and spray a little solution, the power mop glides easily over the floor. Very little effort is required although you do have to pay attention to steering since bumping up against a wall or furniture will send it flying. The power mop uses swivel steering, which can be handy when maneuvering around furniture. I found the power mop will pick up most regular dirt and small stains with no issue but still won't scrub away the really tough stuck-on ones. A little hand scrubbing with elbow grease still required for that. But this gizmo will probably deal with 99 percent of what you want it to do. The cleaning solution works quite well, dries fast and does not leave any sticky residue. But does leave a bit of a film on very shiny surfaces. That's unavoidable with almost any kind of mop so no big demerits for that. I was a little worried about using it on my prefinished wood floor since it is not totally sealed. But it works fine using very little cleaning solution (you decide how much) so there is not much concern about a lot of moisture getting in between the cracks. In fact, the power mop gets by on much less water than any other kind of mop (except perhaps a steam mop). Once the heads are damp, you don't really need to add much more solution except to add cleaning power. Be aware a little solution goes a long way so start with the "small area" mix levels on the bottle. Like most mops of this type, you have to remove the pads and throw them in the washing machine after each use if you want to start clean each time. But they are well made and appear they will last a while. In the end, you get a lot of extra cleaning power with very little effort, which is what a power mop should be all about. I recommend this one.

I purchased this mop to help keep up on my tile floor care. I have 5 dogs and staying on top of their dirty little paws is a full time job. I deep clean my floors once a month but am happy with this mop to give my back a rest in the upkeep inbetween

Good tool for light cleaning of all floor types. It does not work well for polishing floors due to its super light weight.

I returned this before using it, so perhaps not a fair review. After I purchased it, saw several reviews indicating this mop just pushes the grim around. I decided to go with a cheap steamer mop with the intention to replace when it dies. It seems as if most of these cleaners have limited utility. I have also researched how much steaming is actually necessary to truly "sanitize" (some say you must hover over an area for up to 20 seconds!).Maybe I‘m getting older, but it seems to me that a simple mop, soap and water may do just as well. So as a compromise, I‘ll get a cheaper steamer (Bissell or OCedar) add a touch of vinegar to the water and avoid the chemical cleaners.

Perfect for cleaning hardwood floors & tile. The spinning power is amazing. I gave it four stars because it does not clean the crease between the floor and wall, so you will still need a mop. However the sprayer does get the dirt out of the crease.

This product has been great. My wife has been looking for something for a long time and decided to go for this after reading the reviews. Has worked perfectly for our hardwood and tile.

Although I don't use the cleaner that came w/ machine it works great with everyday cleaner I use as well as the once per month floor polish I use no excess fluid & floor looks like new.

Works great but I've found it hard to find the pads for this device, I've had to had to stop and clean the pads out while cleaning the rooms. Of course, if the floors were better kept the pads wouldn't become so soiled.

I was very impressed how this mop cleaned my floors without leaving residue. Much better than a push mop like swiffer or bona. They need to make a spin wave with steam.

This machine is perfect for both tile and hardwood flooring. It takes the back breaking work away from keeping a shine on your floors.

This mop takes all the work out of cleaning my kitchen, and best of all, it doesnt leave any streaks on my tiles like other mops do!
