It was a good mop while it lasted. Used it about a dozen times and it just quit working. The spinning pads no longer spin. Not sure if I got a faulty one but very disappointed.

I have high traffic on my main floors and it's great to keep the area clean quickly without much work. I wish it had a more powerful scrubber though.

It looked cute. It was quiet. I tried it on the kitchen floor. The pad showed some results. Later, I took a wet one and wiped an area of the floor. It had just as much on it. I did a different area and used some glass cleaner and a paper towel. Same results as the wet one. That tells me the product looks cute but isn't doing the job for the price we paid. Sorry.

Works good but not as good as an actual cleaner. I find that it still pushes dirt around like a regular mop

I wanted a floor cleaner that would be easier to get into tight spaces than the Swiffer wet jet. I must say the Spinwave is much easier to get into those areas because it swivels when you use it. I'm a small person so I really had to hold on to it since it really goes once the power is on. I found it a bit heavier than expected . As far as cleaning goes I have multiple hard floors of different materials & decided to try it on each one. For the ceramic tile it cleaned very well & easily , same for the laminate flooring. My hardwood floors are old but it did a nice job of cleaning those as well. I tried it on my vinyl kitchen floor which looks like wood & it dulled it terribly, I had to dig the polish out, so I don't recommend it for that. It was easy to assemble, easy to use, comes with small bottles of cleaning solution, 2 regular pads & 2 scrubbing pads, which I recommend rinsing or hand washing after each use because I think the product & dirt would be hard to get out if left in there too long & my floors aren't even dirty.

Makes Cleaning Easy

This is the first electronic floor cleaner I've tried. I must say, it was very easy to use. I was able to put it together without referring to the user guide. When I started it up, I was very surprised how quiet it is. It's so quiet that my skittish dog walked right by it... something she will not do with the vacuum.
Most of our living area is tile. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and our floors were in desperate need of a good cleaning. This powered mop definitely got the job done. It was a fairly easy task and the floors looked great. Thanks Bissell.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me like it did for others. Lots of tile and all it did was swirl dirt around. I had to use a swifter afterwards to get the dirt up.

What a great product , using a regular mop to clean my hardwood floor was getting old until I got this Bisselle powered mop. The reusable pads are great, just use them and throw them into the washer mashine to reuse them. This is perfect since I have a dog inside the house I have to clean my wood floors daily, with this power mop makes it a little easy for me . First make sure you vacuum and sweep your floors , then just fill up the tank of this power mop with cold or warm water ,add the cleaning solution and clean my floors (the tank has a mark for big areas or small areas ) . At first I though I would have to take the pads and rewash them while cleaning , but I was wrong , I clean a couple of my rooms with only half of the tank and the same pads and the floors are clean ,smelling good and the floor was dry pretty fast. Out of the box was easy to assemble and start working on the floors, it comes with two regular soft pads for wood floors, two pads for rough floors to clean like tiles and two samples of the multi surface cleaning solution. I wish it would've included the hardwood Cleaning solution to try it out on all of my floors since hardwood is all I've got. Anyhow the multi surface solution did fine, I would have to go to the store and buy the hardwood floor cleaning solution. If you are tired of the regular mops, get this power mop. It's easy to use, swivel steering making it easy to clean under cabinets in the kitchen and under the bed floors.

My wife and I have been using the Bissell SpinWave mop for several weeks now and thus far are impressed with its performance. We had been using a Swiffer Sweeper on our wood floors but I wanted to get something that was a little easier to use and didn’t require as much elbow grease and this fit the bill. At first I was worried it would leak during storage and used a cheap Wal-Mart litter pan to store it in just in case it leaked in the closet onto our wood floors but so far we have had no leaks. I also didn’t want a steaming floor mop since we had wood floors and the steam isn’t good for them. Filling the machine with water and cleaning solution was easy. The first time we used it I was worried that the sprayer would get some furniture and carpet but it just sprayed the cleaning solution onto the floor right in front of the machine and it was easy to aim and manage. The machine is quiet and the cord is about 22' long. While the cord is long enough to get an adjacent room, a slightly longer cord would be welcome as our entire first floor is wood and it would be nice to avoid having to use multiple outlets. The pads didn’t turn too quickly and there was no worry about it sitting in one spot for too long. The mop was easy to glide and steer across the floor and did an excellent job cleaning our wood floor. The pads were easily removed and cleaned for repeated use. We are very happy with the Bissell SpinWave and I recommended it to my sister, who just bought a house with wood floors.

I started out as a young bride with the old "string mops" which I always thought were nasty. Then I graduated to the "sponge mop" and finally the "swiffer." Most of my life I would use a bucket and rag, working on my hands and knees like Cinderella. I cannot get down on my knees anymore and never feel as though my floors are clean. I truly did not know that there were electric mops. I received this mop and was asked to give my unbiased opinion. My house has hardwood in the living room and vinyl tile in the kitchen, dining, bathrooms and office. I filled the water reservoir as directed and added the bissel cleaner that came with the mop. This thing worked flawlessly. As others have noted, you have to hold on to it, especially if it bumps against anything. I was able to effortlessly clean all the tile areas quickly and was very impressed with the cleaning. There is no residue, no more sticky feeling and my floors look better than they have in years. They feel SO MUCH better on my bare feet. I love this mop and highly recommend it. I can't wait to try it on the wooden floors in the living room next! The best thing is the ability to throw the pads in the washer. By the way, the cord seemed to be a perfect length, not so long that it gets in the way, but long enough to reach a couple of rooms at a time. The Spinwave is a great addition and especially nice for an older person!

I have been using this item for a week now and love the speed and time it has saved me. The weight is fairly light even with a full container of solution. I have mostly tiles and wood floors and cleaning with a mop and bucket was tedious and time consuming to say the least.
With a full container of the included solution, or your own like Murphy oil, or just plain hot water, I was able to do approximately 240 square feet of wood floors and tiles.
The kit comes with two sets of pads, a soft set that I used and a more rougher type pad that I doubt I will need to use. The pads do leave circle and streak marks but they disappear after the solutions your using dries.
I have used the pads several times in a row without washing when using just plain water or their included solution. When I used Murphy oil, I hand washed the pads before next use. The pads are thick and seem durable but another two pairs can be had for as little $20
The cleaner saves me time and pain of wringing out a mop and less back effort.

The Spinwave comes with a set of soft touch cleaning pads for everyday cleaning and scrubby pads for tough, sticky messes. It also has an on-demand spray that allows you to spray just the amount of Multi-Surface solution you need. It has a great swivel steering feature that makes it easy to move around furniture and tight areas.
I used the regular pads on my 3 bathroom floors (both vinyl and tile) and kitchen floor (tile) and by the time I was finished with them, the pads were in need of a washing! Threw them in with my white load and they came out just like new! The assembly out of the box was quite simple! The instructions said to turn it on and then lean cleaner back but it wouldn't turn on until I leaned it back and hit the power button. It is very quiet which surprised my husband! It was nice being able to control how much cleaning solution I dispensed because some areas needed more than others. The cleaning solution has a very light fragrance so not too overpowering and was pet friendly too.
Would definitely recommend this product. So much easier than using the bucket and mop to clean the floors!

Best floor mop

I recently moved to a new apartment and everything is hardwood floor or tiles. I was looking for a better way to clean since my vacuum is not the best on hardwood floor. This one is a powerful, a bit heavy, cleaning mop that can be used on any hardwood or concrete/tiles floor. Straight out of the box, very easy to assemble, and start using right away. I used a soap solution to clean the floor since I didn’t had the recommended Bissell multi-surface cleaning formula. It comes with two kinds of pads, one for soft wood floor and the other one is for more tough and messy floors. You might not be able to reach the tough corners since the pads are round in shape. But this one cleans everywhere just fine. Make sure you wash or rinse the pads right after you use them so that the dirt doesn’t stick to it. It would have been nice if it was a cordless cleaner, but I understand why one would want it to be powered all the time. I would recommend using a broom to do some light sweeping of the dust/hairs etc. and the use this Spinwave for best results. Overall, I am happy with this mop and would definitely recommend it.
